Always busy, needs expansion. Needs chairs that are comfortable for sleeping. All there is is just 90 degree sofas. The food is usually good. The staffs and reception are very hospitable. But as a lounge, they really need to improve in terms of capacity and facilities.

The receptionist Fatima is an outstanding personality, extremely helpful and kind. Thanks to her hospitable character and professionalism we were able to get into the lounge quickly in spite of the busy time it was running. Thanks a lot. The entrance to the lounge was inconspicuous to us, as it was immediately after the security check.But we transferred from T3, so it was at the opposite end of the terminal, a walk past all the shops.The lounge is indeed rather small and has two sections for seating, food and drinks only at the larger section (turn left).It got very busy around 7am.Food selection utilitarian, catering to business travelers on the go (sandwiches, wraps etc). There are hot food options too such as pancakes and hash brown (we were there for breakfast).Another plus point to us: printed magazines, though not something we can appreciate.

Very crowded. I have seen better VIP lounge. Water was dripping from the roof. Granted it was the day that rain like crazy in Dubai. So I am not sure of that was the reason why it was so crowded. Food was ok. Nothing spectacular.

We arrived at the Marhaba lounge in a very busy time and we were absolutely amazed by the high quality management of Mr Vayzle and Ms Vanessa who minimised the waiting time and gave us a four seat table as we were travelling the whole family. The Lounge is relatively small compared to others, in a such busy airport I would expected a much higher capacity.The size of the Lounge itself generates long queues which its not ideal.Furniture needs a bit of an update but still comfortable and clean.Selection of food wad not massive but I have to say that most of it was very very pleasant.Selection of drinks was wide and well presented.Staff was efficient but but not overly welcoming.Overall I would still come again.

Only two lounges are available in this terminal. Flydubai lounge for flydubai flights (business classe only) and this lounge for all other airlines first/ business class in addition to lounge key. Hence, most probably you will find the lounge quite busy.The food is good and well prepared with limited but good varieties.No prayer room available inside and you have to go out for prayer.Overall it was a good experience.

+ Immediately after security check-in, you find this lounge on left of the Dubai Duty free shopping complex. Opposite to Gates F3 & F4.+ You need to have your MasterCard with you to get access to the lounge. If you need to bring a guest, there is a fee of around.+ You can use the lounge for a maximum of 2 hours and the lounge is open 24x7 round the year.+ Kids under 2 years age are admitted free of cost.+ Good arrangement of seating suitable for single or multiple travellers.+ Separate smoking area is available.+ Flight information is available in main lobby where reception is located. Airport staff comes to enquire if any gate is about to close or there is any last call.+ Couple of computers are available to browse the internet. Free WiFi is also available.+ Multiple TVs are installed with some movies being played.+ Alcohol is served so you can enjoy a drink or so.+ Good variety of food is available to feast upon.+ You can get small juice bottles, which you can keep for later.+ Neat and clean washroom.- Very small washroom.- Noisy crowd and huge rush during peak hours, so be early if you want to get access, as the lounge might get full.

Only two lounges are available in terminal 02. One is Marhaba and Fly dubai 1st class lounge. I happened to stay almost 24hrs. Staff were friendly, restrooms were clean, computer was available, Wi-Fi was good and food was good. Down side is that no relaxing chairs or sleeping pods and at times very loud makes it difficult to sleep. Overall highly recommended.

I have recently visited marhaba lounge terminal 2, it was a great experience with great atmosphere, a great welcome and friendly staff especially nadiyah. She was highly professional, polite, attentive and very helpful. She helped me a lot as I was experiencing issue with my complimentary card access. She was being very patient with me and managing to get my card working. Great quality services provided by the staffs. The food was tasty and the great variety of drinks they offer were just perfect. Good place for brunch or for dinner.

I gave this lounge a 4 based on the few things the food was tasty, a varied selection of hot and cold dishes and beverages. The staff were always topping up the food and changing the serving spoons, which was a first for me to see. Although they did not display any alcohol I was able to order a lovely glass of white wine. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Sangita, who I believe was the cleaner, but she helped me above and beyond to help me without being asked. Had a great experience at the airport lounge. Miss Giselle provided excellent service, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities were great, and Miss Giselle’s friendly attitude stood out. Highly recommended for relaxation or work before your flight!

Had a fantastic experience at the Marhaba Lounge! Giselle, Menbere, and Shania were outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. The lounge is a perfect spot to relax with great food and amenities. Highly recommend it, and a big thanks to the amazing staff!

Mar mar was fantastic! It’s a great place to rest and wait for your flight. And they have a private smoking room which is nicer than the public one. The place might need some love, but the staff are very kind.
