    Always love coming to Yasmine for a relaxed afternoon tea with friends. Staff are lovely and the food is great value for money. One of the few places that still allows for bottomless tea/coffee as well!Went for their recent Valentine’s Day menu and had a delicious berry welcome drink and some lovely savory and sweet mini dishes (shrimp toast with spicy sauce was amazing).Atmosphere despite being in the entrance lobby is peaceful with soft jazz and lounge seating is well spaced so you can talk without disturbing others or feeling cramped.Thank you Su and colleagues for serving us we had a lovely time!

    I recently attended the gingerbread workshop afternoon tea at Swissôtels Yasmine Lounge, and it was a truly delightful experience. The atmosphere was warm and festive, making it a perfect way to get into the holiday spirit.The staff, especially Su and Raymond, were outstanding. Sus friendly and attentive service made us feel incredibly welcome, and Raymonds helpfulness and cheerful attitude added to the overall enjoyment. They both ensured the experience was smooth and memorable.The workshop itself was fun and engaging, suitable for all ages. The afternoon tea was a treat in itself, with a wonderful selection of delicious bites and beautifully presented treats.I highly recommend this event for anyone looking to enjoy a creative and relaxing afternoon with excellent service. Thank you to Su, Raymond, and the entire team for making it such a lovely occasion!

    This was an amazing experience that changed my feelings and made my day. Making the gingerbread house was a very fun activity that I think we could all participate in. The staff were incredibly friendly and generous and I think that this place deserves 5 golden stars.

    - Lindt Afternoon Tea 🫖 -We came across a cozy lounge located in @swissotelalghurair serving up some scrumptious high tea courtesy of Lindt. This tea-rrific lounge really came through with their gorgeously-aesthetic presentation, authentic and fresh flavours that got us hooked with no complaints . Look at those perfectly sized sweet bites and the savoury canapés. We started off with their berry tea mocktail whilst we waited for our yummies to be served, the mocktail was so refreshing to have- I love me some good iced tea concoction.The cheesssyyy jalapeño cheddar bites were fried to perfection and it was our favourite! We also enjoyed their herby chicken tarts, smoked salmon cheese tart and sautéed veggies on a slice of toasted bread topped with artichoke conveyed delightful flavours. On a sweeter note, their lemon meringue jelly tart, fresh raisin scones served with cream/ jam, raspberry swirl cheesecake and vanilla cream profiteroles- need I say more on these decadent tiny dessert selections, too good!The best part about this high tea is you can also order more tea, coffee and even hot chocolate upon request. This was totally worthwhile as I caught up with my sister and all we did was relax and stuff our hungry bellies.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding assistance provided by one of the staff members (Filipino), hes the barista and server too and one lady, i remember her name starts with letter J, possibly Julie. Their impeccable service truly made our visit all more memorable.The Filipino staff and the lady, attended to our every need with a genuine warmth and attentiveness that left a lasting impression. Their attention to detail ensured that our afternoon tea experience was nothing short of exceptional.The culinary delights presented were truly remarkable and left a lasting impression on my taste buds.Its worth mentioning also that the overall ambiance of the lounge was inviting and cozy, complementing the delightful afternoon tea experience. The elegant decor and soothing music created an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and conversation, allowing us to savor each moment.In conclusion, I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional assistance provided by the Filipino staff and Ms. J, during our afternoon tea experience. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine dedication to ensuring our enjoyment truly made a difference.     C had a bad morning walking around then decided to have coffee entered into this place meet Geoffrey so kind and cool changed my mood like wow,directed me to what I wanted,so guess what you meet Pauline welcoming smile generous wow feel like am in the right place to have a coffee bt she give me her favorite ice tea it was slapping thats how good it was then she gives me a Turkish coffee. I appreciate the love they shared to me wonderful people

    Best food around the area by far. Staff is very polite and friendly. Great place to dine as well. Really impressed with the service. Some services around should take note of the service this place has.

    The Yasmine lounge at Swissotel Al Ghurair is a true oasis of relaxation and conviviality. The warm welcome from Su, Paulin and Raymond adds a personal and friendly touch to the experience. Their constant smile and attentive service make every visit memorable. The ambiance is calming, with a musical selection that helps create a relaxing atmosphere. It is a place where you immediately feel at ease, and where you can savor every moment in complete tranquility.We have been staying at the hotel for 1 week with my husband and children, and we love the smoothies and canapes served which are different every day.A big thank you to Su, Paulin and Raymond. 🥰
