We had the optional upgrade for our room and got the Twenty9 Lounge access included and it was worth it and beyond! It exceeded our expectations and it was so private and the view is extraordinary. We got served by Pratik, who was an excelent host - we had 2 kids who really said it was the nicest breakfast at any hotel they stayed so far. Well, they may be little, but indeed they are right - we stayed for 8 days and it was one of the nicest experiences in a big hotel. You seldom get this type of atmosphere in a big hotel, but Pratik managed to do it!

We stayed at the millennium hotel with our 3 children. Nemr from the reception was a great help! He was so friendly. We had a great time at the 29 floor at the club lounge. Pratik offered a great service and a very friendly man. He thought about everything also with the kids. I would recomend this hotel! Everybody was very helpfull

We stayed at Millenium Place Hotel Barsha Heights for more than a month, and came to Twenty9 Lounge every day for breakfast. Overall it was great and the food was nice. We experienced some issues at some point, but the management apologized, and took appropriate measures so we let that slide.What we loved the most was the service, and especially Pratik who was amazing. He even made sure to bring a cake and candle for our daughter birthday, really lovely.Thank you so much for everything Pratik!

I rested in this hotel for 5 days. I liked the breakfast and the service. Pratik provided service on the 29th floor, very polite and thorough in his work. If I come to Dubai again, I would come to this hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is very tasty. Pratik helped us with everything, he is a very strong guy.
