Securing a No Objection Certificate (NOC) can typically take up to 10 days, but thanks to Sara’s efficiency, I received mine in just one day allowing the sale to proceed on time without any delays.Sara took personal ownership of my request, coordinating with the necessary departments and ensuring that no time was wasted. Beyond her efficiency, what truly stood out was her genuine commitment to helping customers. She was always available to answer my questions, kept me updated at every stage, and made what could have been a stressful process completely seamless. The best and warmest CRM team I have ever met. Mr. Sleman and Ms. Sara gave me lots of support for my personal headache issue. The community is impressive not only because of the beautiful villas and views but also because of their excellent service. Their service exceeds the standard. They treat clients like family members or good friends. We are more pleased to live there than anywhere else.

Okay, it was an expensive evening, but the location is super special and the food was wonderful! There is also a very good wine list and live music. The staff is very attentive and the service is quick.It was a really successful evening - if you value a good meal in a special atmosphere - a must!
