The Lounge is located in Dubai Mall facing lake and iconic Burj Khalifa. Many years back we had visited this place under different name. We were lucky to get a table on terrace at the last moment. The unobstructed view of Dubai Fountain and laser show on Burj Khalifa was spectacular. Out of 4 in the family 3 of us had veg food which was excellent. My son-in-law thoroughly enjoyed non-veg dishes. They had a wide choice of cocktails and wines. By the way very few restaurants in Souk Al bahar serve alcohol. The decor was good and ambiance classy. The service was very attentive and polite. The Lounge was a rare combination of great food and amazing view. Not to be missed !!

I recently had the opportunity to experience The Lounge at Dubai Mall, and I was impressed. The recent refurbishment has given it a fresh and inviting ambiance. Access via the elevators across from Cipriani cafe on level R is convenient. The lounge itself offers a comfortable retreat from the bustling mall. The seating is plush, and the service is attentive. It’s an excellent spot to take a break and recharge during your shopping spree. My only suggestion for improvement would be to expand the menu offerings. Nonetheless, The Lounge is a hidden gem within the mall, offering a peaceful escape from the shopping frenzy.

The silent area inside the mall, fountain view, but only one lift to the R floor is a little difficult.

Excellent service and hospitality by Ashu Ali. We always enjoy coming to the lounge because Ashu Ali makes us smile and laugh. Ashu Ali is a huge asset to the dubai mall lounge.

Honestly, the food and the arrangement are excellent, and in my opinion the waiter was the best (Ali), and the rest were all rude and impolite, and when we tried to contact them, they refused to come to take the order.

Warm place with a good overview on the fountain show. Its a safe heaven among the buzzing and fast pace Dubai mall.You can go to relax a bit, have a cup of coffee and rest before going back to war with other rushed customers.Its good to have this peace here.Remember, no shorts nor flip-flops!
