Hanna, Isaac and the team were absolutely phenomenal. I was fortunate to be there during the Manolo B themed Afternoon Tea and it was amazing. They even accommodated for my seafood allergy. Definitely will be back!

Arrived for a late lunch (around 2pm) and was seated immediately. There were no vegan options on the menu but they adjusted a quinoa salad for me. The salad tasted very fresh and I enjoyed the different textures and rich flavours of the fruit and vegetables. Service was also swift and exceedingly polite. The soft classical piano playing on tape in the background added to the classy ambiance. Not a great choice for vegans, but I enjoyed my meal here nonetheless.

Thank you so much to all the staff at The Lobby Lounge, Ritz Carlton Dubai. My parents had a wonderful experience celebrating their wedding anniversary over afternoon tea. The selection and quality of food was excellent. Jasmine was a pleasure to deal with when booking, so friendly and professional.

Amazing place qmutimw of tha day free breakfast/ lunch / dinner or just a coffee.I love the ambience and the feel, the service is always great and I often go there to relax and just get my work done on laptop.

It’s been quite a long time since I’ve been here .The Ritz Carlton Lobby Lounge is by far the best place to have a traditional afternoon tea. Make sure to book in advance though. I want to personally thank Mr Vivan for his exceptional professionalism. Thank you for taking care of us today. Mr Jorge thank you for making sure we were happy and your service exceeded our expectation we will definitely be back soon. A very lovely bakery in JBR who make everything in house. The highlight was the plain croissant and homemade jam combo, and truffle egg crossiant. Amazing service from Chadani, who helped and suggested with the choices. Thank you for the lovely time.

We went for Christmas afternoon tea. The food was very good, although we would have preferred less sweet desserts and more savoury items. Service from Ikram was excellent. And, the setting on the terrace is perfect. One gripe, one of my guests was in a wheelchair and there was no wheelchair access to the lounge or assistance from the staff who watched us get our guest out of the chair, struggle down the steps and then watched us put her back in the wheelchair whilst other guests stepped in to help.

I went with my family for a high tea today. It was a very good experience. The lounge exudes old traditional charm.Miss Ikram greeted us and took care of us during our entire stay. She was very welcoming and made us feel special. We liked her professionalism and friendliness a lot. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing festive afternoon tea! The service from Ishak was incredible and he couldn’t do enough to make our experience the best. Vasu was also helping to deliver our best afternoon tea yet. The food from start to finish was so nice and well prepared and presented, with the team always ready to bring more. There is so much to pick from, we ended up taking some away for later! Thanks team for such a great experience, we can’t wait to be back again soon!

Amazing experience. Beautiful surroundings,lovely sandwiches and pastries and a great selection of teas. The service was impeccable along with a special treat from the staff for my daughters birthday 🎂

Excellent serviceI had a great time here in rits Carlton. Their lobby lounge is amazing with a great view. The staffs are really knowledgeable and helpful. The way they approach you and talk is professional and they make guests comfortable.I would like to mention the name of jithu who served me in lobby lounge and his service was exceptional. I would love to be back in this place. Quite simply brilliant service.

I was passing by the Ritz Carlton Dubai when I came across The Lobby Lounge and decided to stop for some tea. Definitely a great call!I was warmly welcomed by Sara (I think that was her name) and ordered a delicious hibiscus tea, which came with two raspberry macarons that added just the right amount of sweetness.The place is beautiful, quiet, with a classic and cozy vibe. It’s right by the hotel reception, super easy to find and very inviting.Hopefully, I’ll get the chance to come back someday for another cup.
