    The EGM cigar launch at the Sunken Garden was an evening to remember. Surrounded by a stylish crowd, the event had a lively atmosphere with a live DJ setting the mood. The brand has a cool, young vibe but still brought plenty of luxury and class. Great cigars, great people, and a touch of prestige made this an amazing night🙏🏼

    I had such a wonderful experience at the restaurant thanks to Reda, Jea, and Kamel. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome with their genuine smiles and friendly attitudes. Reda was incredibly attentive, making sure everything was perfect at our table. Jea added such a warm and cheerful energy, always checking in with us and making great recommendations. And Kamel provided top-notch service with such professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to making guests feel at home. Their service truly made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! Also they have the best fish and chips in the world!!!!

    Very cozy place with an open-air hookah and in any case cocktails. Its nice to spend time here in the evenings, especially during satellite broadcasts - displayed all year round, even in the heat. The cuisine is up to par, the atmosphere is relaxing and stylish, the staff is polite and attentive. Will definitely be back!

    Celebrated our wedding anniversary, food was delicious and service was impeccable! Even received a complimentary dessert . Shisha was average could be better but overall a memorable experience for us.     It was my first time to go to Sunken Garden I was invited to a birthday party, and i was amazed by the place and service, it is nice to stay in an open air area in summer without heat and humidity, food is nice with good quality, service is great, quick and staff are friendly, my only minor concern was the lightning it was a bit low, that it was a bit hard for me to see the food. But over all nice atmosphere, nice food :)

    I recently discovered this place in Ritz Carlton DIFC. It’s absolutely stunning and has such an amazing vibe to just chill and relax. I’m not a fan of shisha but if you are this place is for you. They got great selection of lebanese food as well! I forgot the names of the one we ordered but I liked it!

    Games are not allowed but you can play mobile games together 🤷🏻‍♂️. A ridiculous rule for a place to socialize and talk to one another. Shisha was great, very smooth and long lasting. Chairs need refurbishment, cleaning and change out the uncomfortable single chairs. No views but the desserts very nice. Id like to come again but not that often. Remember to validate your valet parking ticket.

    Its my favorite spot in Dubai for the last 9 years. Shisha is mind blowing thanks to Adnan, food is very delicious and staff are way beyond delivering service.     A very good outdoor cafe /restaurant, and lounge. It is the located in the limestone building in the DIFC district Dubai. Prices are a bit high, though it is relatively acceptable in this part of the city. They serve shisha. It is good in the winter time. It will be too hot to sit outside in summer

    Sunken Garden is a little zen garden tucked in the middle of towering skyscrapersThis is my go-to place for shisha - they have a lovely selection of flavours and the service here is impeccable. The place also has a gorgeous view of the city which is definitely an added bonus.Their drinks are reasonably price - and sometimes it does get fully booked so make sure to make a reservation before coming here.

    One of the few places in Dubai where you can still be outdoors in summer. In the middle of the Ritz courtyard, the cool and dense AC air is stuck in between the Ritz walls and you don’t feel the heat of summer even during the day. A good shisha experience and plenty of choices for drinks.

    Revisiting this place after a gap of a few years has been refreshing and an even better experience. The entire team working there is well coordinated. The dining experience was great. The grilled seafood platter was delicious, BUT the highlight for me was the Shisha. A decent selection of flavors backed by the exceptional service. The shishamen are always attentive and regularly changing the coals to ensure continuity of the flavor. Overall, it was an amazing experience with cool vibes.If you fancy visiting a venue offering great F & B, Music, and Shisha in an upscale lounge at DIFC, this is the place !!

    Visited to celebrate a birthday. The place has a great atmosphere though could use just a little extra lighting as it’s almost entirely dark in the night. We enjoyed all the appetizers, mains, coffees and shisha. The only complaint I have is that they brought out a dessert (which we didn’t order) to sing happy birthday to our guest, but then added it to our bill. Had we known it would be charged we would have preferred to choose a different dessert option as none of us ate what they brought out.

    Nice ambience, good crowd, live music, helpful staff and a decent wine list. Open air makes it that much better. All in all, a good place to hang out with friends. If the music gets loud, you can ask for better seating.

    I came here with a friend on Friday night and loved it. We were extremely lucky to get lounge seating as it was quite crowded. Reservations are recommended if you want good seating. Despite being in the middle of summer, the open area was remarkably cool with great ventilation coupled with a selection of deep house music echoing through the open speakers. It was lovely to see the sky and the stars while we had our drinks that were also reasonably priced, accompanied by quick and attentive service. Their Shisha is amazing albeit pricey, but worth it, as it lasts well over an hour and a half. Sunken Garden misses a star because of a blunder that showed up on our bill. Instead of 2 double shots of whisky, they charged us for 22 shots. Needless to say, we were sober enough to realise the error, pointed it out and it was soon amended. I would surely come back here again. Highly recommended!

    I was actually sitting in between Cafe Belge & the Sunken Garden, & dining in Café Belge. However, the sunken garden seemed to have a nice atmosphere with music (I was evening time). Now that I know about this restaurant, I will check it out in the near future. As, after going to Café Belge last night (after many previous visits), we received the worst service after being wonderfully greeted at the front desk. We were waiting for 20 min just to order our drinks & for that to happen, my husband had to physically get up & get someone attention. The food was OK, but portion sizes have been altered & we decided not to even bother with dessert because wed been there for two hours already. Paying the bill was an issue. The waiter didnt want to accent our discount card.

    The place is inside the hotel. I went there at night, so it was dark but nice atmosphere. Staff are really nice, they showed me around the place and helped me pick a table. Argileh is good. I also ordered a drink which came with complimentary snacks. I like it, and I recommend it for argileh.

    Sunken Garden is one of my favourite places in Dubai - a combination of chill-out music mixed with a sound of trickling water coming from the feature wall and the smell of shisha infused with an oriental perfume. Nevertheless, I should highlight the outstanding service of the people who work there. Their attention to detail and a desire to satisfy every customer request is outstanding. I have great memories from the Sunken Garden and I have to thank Marc and Saad for making my time there very special. Thank you both!

    In my opinion this is the best place in Dubai to meet up with friends and chill out. They serve drinks, food and Hooka/Shisha. During the summer they air condition the area, so it is cool but it is open air so you can enjoy a shisha while also breathing fresh air. Highly recommended.
