    Stumbled upon this lovely restaurant while passing by to try another. Entered to see the ambience and fell in love with the cute outdoor ambience there and since it was a lovely weather to sit out we opted to do that. Their menu was not pricey as expected. Reasonably priced and drinks were still on happy hour just before 9pm. Ordered a lobster and loved the small view overlooking the mankhool buildings around lit with diwali lights still added to the feel of the seating. They had smoking lounge for shisha lovers and non smoking area outside for diners. Recommended for a good date night place to be. The indoor space interiors were classy and low lit with light music played which was nostalgic added to their theme and feel of the place. Would love to come back for sure. Suitable for families and couples as well.

    This place is excellent! The atmosphere is chill and relaxed. The staff is also amicable. It looks like making the customers happy is their main priority.The staff name Arun was in service at our table, and he was awesome. The other staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food.The food was pretty good; we had a three-course meal and a couple of beers for my friend. The price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want to chill out time with friends. There were also plenty of tables for bigger groups.

    A great place to wind down and enjoy the evening. Kim is simply amazing in seeing that youre having a good time here and helped us is suggestingdrinks and cofees too. Drinks are fairly priced and even better during happy hours. Ample seating indoors or outdoors. We loved the the outdoors in the winters and hope to have a good time indoors during summer.

    Im from USA. Honestly, I have been multiple places in Dubai, and this is the best place I have experience. They have GREAT customer service, hospitality,clean,and food is awsome! The lamb chops and pizza was my favorite. Arun is a great host and very polite! I high recommend to anyone that wants to enjoy a safe and clean fun!

    Visited @sundownerslounge yesterday with a group of friends to watch the IPL match. I was there for hardly an hour but loved the ambiance of the place. Their service and the staff adds to the charm. Perfect place to hang out with friends. They also have live food stations.Im surely going to give this place another visit and this time for longer hours!.

    Nice peaceful atmosphere at the Sundowners. I usually get my favourite dish Steaks which are beyond delicious 😋. Always cooked to my taste .... its (in my opinion) one of the best steaks around for the price. Staff are courteous, friendly, and are always at your beckon call. Not loud or crazy everyone who eats there seem to love the smooth ambience of the Sports bar. I highly recommend a visit.

    Beautiful place, simple and cozy along with some spicy mansahari starters. Staff are very professional, I must say they have less staff, but every staff was looking after 10 tables at a time without delaying it.I will surely recommend, to visit this place.     Wonderful place not only to hang out for sunset but also to have a full blown dinner. Staff is incredible friendly, Jenny managed everything and our waiters Deep and Shiva have been so nice, that we just stayed instead of moving on. A place you need in a city like Dubai, cosy lounge chairs, super friendly staff and excellent food and drinks. What else do you need?

    Very nice place, the outdoor sitting is awesome. Staff is very friendly and understanding. We had a 6 year old kid with us and the staff made sure they interacted with kid as well. Food is also nice, happy hours on drinks available. We had a good time and will surely visit again. Definately will recommend to friends and family.

    This is my second review and the third time we visited in the same month. The place is fantastic you will not believe you could find such a calm and chilled environment in burdubai. The happy hour deals are really unbelievable. You could get alcoholic beverages from 17aed if i remember properly. Sisha is pretty good and their food is amazing as always. We tried the live grill option this time and was so yummy. They also offer the zomato gold and emirates platinum offers (25% & 35%) for food and other beverages which our not included in happy hour.

    Visited this place today and just love the vibe and service. The food along with sheesha and drinks all were amazing.     I don’t usually write reviews but felt I had to for this beautiful terrace. I was looking for a place in Bur Dubai to have a shisha and something to drink and just relax with a book. This place is perfect. Not only is the music perfect for the relaxed atmosphere but the staff here couldn’t be any nicer than they are. All smiles and so welcoming and customer service at its best! As soon as I finished my drink they were straight over to see if I wanted anything else. As a shisha fan, I can say the shisha was great and the coal topped up regularly. A lady called Jenny who I’m guessing was part of guest relations came over to say hello and personally welcome me and told me about what’s happening here during the week. I had a little starter as something to eat while I had my drink and shisha and it was lovely. Not overly priced and a really lovely hang out place. I will be back and wish I had found this little treasure earlier! Great service and product all around.

    Sundowners, I miss you. Such a beautiful location located on the outside deck of the Majestic City Retreat Hotel. They have a large variety of shisha flavors to offer and the prices are always great, especially if you follow the different offers advertised in the hotel (for example: ladies night).     The Sundowners restaurant and bar, in the Majestic Hotel Bur Dubai floor H.I have been staying at the hotel for 3 months and have visited other bars and restaurants, the great food, ambience, service, cleanliness, happy hour each day until 10pm, helps make this restaurant is the best place in Dubai. The difference is the staff, who are managed exceptionally by Jenny, and the attention you get is excellent.
