    Had a super relaxing experience during our long layover stay in Dubai. Ms. Roxanne was very attentive to our needs and extremely friendly. Sir Paul was very accommodating when we asked for the shower room. Sir Byron was also attentive, and Sir Alex was pleasant.Overall, I would recommend this facility to people who want a fresh start during their flights. Amenities were also great and had everything we need. Thanks to all the staff who assisted us!

    We had a very pleasant stay here! This place is located near B16 gate. The staffs were so friendly, attentive, helpful and fast response (Rowena, Byron, Paul and Ehsan).The room is small but squeaky clean and has all amenities that you need (dimmer, reading light, small table, electric socket, etc). The bed is so comfortable that I woke up refreshed already! I also like the stairs that make it easier to climb into my bed. Also, I love their amenities in the toilet, the fragrance is exquisite and nice. Overall, I will definitely be coming back whenever I have an overnight stay in Dubai. Very recommended! :)

    The rest facility is quite decent, featuring comfortable sleeping pods. The bathroom is small but clean, and a shower facility is also available.The pod room was quiet, though my experience may have been enhanced by the fact that there was only one other person in the pod section. The pod itself was surprisingly comfortable, and it came with a pillow, blanket, and earplugs for added convenience.I accessed the facility using my Priority Pass, and it was well worth the visit.

    We have a long transit, so decided to sleep here because the price is reasonable. The staffs (Rowena, Byron, Paul and Ehsan) were so friendly and helpful! The bed was comfy, equipped with pillow and bedding. We could sleep peacefully because it’s a private area and today wake up feeling refreshed. I also took shower (with additional cost), and the shower was spacious with amenities. We will definitely stay here if we visit Dubai again.

    Excellent choice for long transit/ layover (8-10 hours) instead of going out of airport and waste 2-3 hours between passport control, taxi, hotel check-in and traffic! Here is so efficient and convenient. Comfortable beds. They offer complementary coffee, water and soft drinks.

    Booking a pod was very easy and the front desk explained clearly how everything was done.The pod was small, but was actually more than enough for one person. There were a lot of spaces where you can place your things, including a very large compartment for a travelling bag. The door can be locked, which was the most important thing for me.Once inside, the lighting can be adjusted with a dial. It can be fully switched off with just a few very small lights remaining (chair control, smoke detector, and another one I cant remember). The chair/bed position can be customized using various buttons to fit ones preference. The thermostat can also be adjusted. There is a pillow and blanket already inside.There were more services and items to purchase as add-ons, like access to the shower room, more pillows/blankets, etc. Complimentary drinks are available in the common area.There are comfort rooms for all guests and they provide face towels. Wifi is also available, which was a huge plus.The only limitation I observed is that very tall people, maybe 62 or taller, will not comfortably fit in the pod that I booked. They probably can still use the pod but will have to sleep in a slightly curled position.Overall, the experience was much better than I expected. I wasnt able to sleep as long as I would have wanted, but that was me being a bit anxious to not miss my connecting flight more than anything else.Absolutely would book again when I have another long layover.

    I needed a place to rest after a 13 hour flight and this was a great place to spend my 8 hour layover. I stayed in the Flexipod for one person. It was the perfect size for me since I’m 5’3”, but I can see how it could be cramped for someone taller. The chair lays flat, you can control the temperature and light, and there’s a lot of storage space. It comes with pillow and blanket. There are complimentary refreshments. Also, there are showers available for a separate fee. You have to give them a time you want to shower, which is capped to 30 minutes. Overall, just what I needed to get through my long layover.

    Good thing we inquired here in sleep ‘n fly before getting an access to a different lounge. We appreciate the reception staff (ma’am Roxanne) who was so friendly & accomodating. Availed the shower amenity - giving 5/5 stars to it because of it’s cleanliness & completeness. I would like to commend sir Paul, Byron & Alex who were so helpful to all their guests. Would definitely choose sleep ‘n fly on my next long layovers. Thank you & kuddos to the team. 🙂

    Excellent Stopover Experience!This airport service is a great place to rest, grab a quick nap, or even take a refreshing shower during a long layover. It’s clean, quiet, and well-maintained—perfect for recharging between flights. The staff, especially Ronie, Tristan, Rolando, and Byron, were incredibly accommodating and made the experience even more comfortable. I’ll definitely be stopping by again on my next flight!

    This place is perfect if you are looking for a place to give your backs and legs some rest in such long transit hours. Bathrooms and toilets are clean and tidy.     Its our first time in DXB T3, We just needed a quiet, comfortable and private space to catch some rest for a few hours and Sleep ‘n Fly was it. Perfect place to stay.     My stay at Sleep and Fly was an excellent choice. During a 10-hour layover, I was able to stretch out and get some proper rest. I could have added a shower for $22 extra, but hygienic wipes were sufficient. The bedding was clean, and in the morning, complimentary coffee, cappuccino, and beverages were provided, along with fast internet throughout. As a bonus, the staff, Roxanne and Ehsan, were pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend using these services!

    I’m very happy I decided to get a good 4 hours of sleep here during a really long layover. The unit was quiet, dark and while the mattress could have been just a little softer, it all served its purpose and I was able to sleep. The service was excellent, and I’d like to thank Enrique, Mel, Angelika and Marlon for meeting me with smiles and making this a really well spent experience!

    We got into Dubai early morning for a long layover and were able to arrange a sleeping pod and showers soon after 8am. Compared to the lounges and concourse it wasn’t busy. Shower and toilet facilities were excellent with quality toiletries, and there was room to sit and have a complimentary drink before or after sleeping, with a view of the airport and city. While it was possible to hear crowd noise from inside the pods, it was peaceful and comfortable for a good rest, with blanket, pillow and ear plugs. Other sleeping areas looked even more luxurious and comfortable. Staff were excellent - Angelika, Derrick and Alyssa were all very helpful.

    The sleep ‘n fly experience is one I’ve ALWAYS wanted to try, so this time I just did it! And wow, was this an experience of a lifetime!One is welcomed by the friendliest(and very professional) hosts, Rowena and Daniel, whom catered to all my needs with a smile, and even offered to assist with a wake up call!I had the best 2 hour pre-flight nap in the super comfy pods (fully equipped with charging ports), the shower facilities are top class and sparkling clean, and comes with all the body products you can imagine! (This felt like a TREAT!)The coffee is great! The sodas are limitless!And with a view of the runway(and massive A380’s parking spots) one is truly mesmerised at all angles.Thank you Sleep ‘n Fly, I will be back!

    Sleep n’ Fly was a total lifesaver after my long flight! The bed was super cozy, and the shower—amazing! I felt like a new person after freshening up. Big shoutout to Ms. Hazel and the awesome team, who were so friendly and made me feel right at home. They made sure I had everything I needed, which really made the whole experience great. If you’re passing through and need a place to crash and recharge, I can’t recommend Sleep n’ Fly enough. It’s the perfect airport pit stop!

Facilities may not be updated since my last visit but still works for me. Free coffee and softdrinks and free wifi is a plus. Handled my shower booking right away and was cheerfully received and hospitable Edelyn and Daniel. The shower was not readily available and they gladly offered the coffee and wifi connection while I was waiting. This was actually my 3rd time here and this has been my first time to review this place and is definitely (the service) is within my expectations. Great job!

    BEST PLACE TO STAY AT IN THE AIRPORT. My sister and I were looking to catch up on some sleep since we have a 16-hour layover in DXB. Everything is clean and well-maintained (especially loved the comfortable sleeping pods and the scent inside the shower and restroom). The staff (Sir Melquisedec, Daniel, Enrique and Rommel) were very accommodating and respectful. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back 👍🏻👍🏻💯

    The best rest and sleep lounge in DBX Terminal 3! Affordable rates, clean and comfortable facilities. We visited for a quick shower and they provided us with complete toiletries. Free coffee is also a plus! Thanks to Enrique, Roxanne, Rowena, and Mezquisedec for their wonderful and prompt service. For either short or long layovers, I suggest to come visit them and see what sleep n fly has to offer. Highly recommended!

    I got surprisingly good sleep here for a good 6 hours. Of course either isnt uninterrupted sleep because you can hear people walk and talk outside your room.     My short stay (4 hours) at Sleep ‘n Fly was great! I stayed in the FlexiSuite Pod and it was clean and spacious enough for 1 person to sleep in. The staff (Rolando, Byron, Bonie, and Alyssa) was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Definitely a good place to anchor down when you have a long layover!!

    It was amazing experience in sleep n fly lounge. The crew in there are always helpful with pleasant faces. Mr Ehsan and Mr Paul are wonderful crew of the lounge. They responds very quickly with smiling face. My layover time is 13 hours so I took this lounge . As a woman I can say it is pretty safe place when you are travelling alone. You can have nice showers by paying 22$ . I definitely recommend this lounge which gives perfect relaxation to guests.

    I booked the family cabin months ago, knowing that I had a 15 hour stop over.My original time was from 12-6pm. We landed at 6am and I thought we’d be okay but alas by 7am our eyes were hanging out of our heads!I asked at the desk and they happily changed our time to 8am. Thank you for accommodating three very tired passengers.Thank goodness! All the beds were very comfortable and we all had a great sleep. The temperature of the room was perfect and despite being right near the tarmac it was very quiet.Forever grateful 🥳

When we were checking in, they were patient in explanation on the check in process, led us to our room, answered our questions, was there to assist us and provided a very pleasant ambience in our stay.Ours was the bunk beds, very clean and comfortable. Chargers and ports for both usb and adaptors. Knob for the whole rooms light as well as reading light. Key card access. Comfort room is clean with bidet. Free coffee, tea, soda and other drinks. Free wifi as well.We will be going here again, worth it! 👍 And will recommend this to others! 5 stars Sleep n Fly!

    I needed a quiet, comfortable and private space to catch some sleep for a few hours and Sleep ‘n Fly was it. I booked the Flexi Suite upon my arrival as I couldn’t find an availability on their website. Check in & out process was straightforward. There are complementary drinks and very clean bathrooms to use. Showers are charged at an extra fee. The pod itself was exactly what I needed. The mattress/ chair was on the firm side but I didn’t mind that. I managed to get some good sleep before catching my flight. Overall, I would come back during long layovers in the future.

Slightly pricey but the facilities are clean and the sleep pods have AC, some storage area and are lockable by keycard. Included are clean and less busy toilet facilities, tea, coffee and water. You can also get shower facilities at an extra fee.Cons: should allow showering for free and plug in outlet was loose, though USB charger outlet worked fine.

    Recommending that the best stay by far when transiting via Dubai is thru Sleep and Fly. We have been here twice now, and the staff never disappoints the costumers. Sleep, shower, and coffee all you can.To staff Christopher whos friendly, accommodating and patient, to Nino who explained what and how to use the available amenities with such friendliness, and lastly to Katrine who showed genuine concern as we are travelling long hours. These kind of people are what makes an establishment shine. They make long and tiring travels bearable. They are assets to keep.

    We used Priority pass for 2-hour power nap sleep pod.Lockers are available at the front desk after taking the lift down.Next to that are free flow of soft drinks, coffee and tea.We saw the private suites and lounge areas before getting to the pods.Access to the sleep pods (8 next to each other) is via a proximity card.There is no storage and little space for hand carry bag(s) at the pods.When we were sleeping, we could hear the sound of the lift or was it the escalator. So, it wasnt sound proof.The pod has perforations to facilitate pulling the slide cover, but may have lights shining in for those who are more sensitive...This 2-hour access came with shower time which you need to book with the associate.The showers do not have a place to hang the clothes separately. Use the lockers for personal belongings.

    First time using Sleep n Fly, would definitely come back again and to reserve ahead of time. The facility is very quiet, soft lights, open ceiling in the open lounge area, and you will hear chatter and dishes in the far distance.The showers are cleaned after every use. I wasnt sure how it worked until I went in. Its pretty much like a gym locker (door locks from within) and shower (2 individual showers) but youre better off sharing the time slot with someone you know than with a stranger if thats not to your liking. All liquids and towels are provided, except for toothbrush and paste. Bring shower slippers if you need them. If you dont want to share it with a stranger, the time slot will be staggered.The staff (Alyssa, Hazel, Dean, and Rommel) are very friendly, accommodating, and will answer all questions you have.There are public showers outside in the terminal also, if you dont want to pay for the showers here.

    Staying at Sleep n Fly DBX, T3, was a great decision for us. We landed at midnight and had an 8 hour layover so we decided to get a twin room.     We had an amazing time at this branch of Sleep ‘n fly. We had a long layover (12 hours) and we decided to book a cabin to get some rest before another long flight. It did not disappoint. The beds and cabins were comfortable and welcoming. The common restrooms were clean and well maintained. You also have the option of taking a shower (for an extra fee). Renting a cabin includes free and unlimited refills of coffee, soda and water.     Used this lounge with Priority Pass for 3-hr sleep pod and 30-mins shower. Its located between B12 and B-14 gates.You check in at counter and go 1-level down via escalator or elevator. They do sell travel-kits like pillows etc. near check-in counter. If you have luggage then you can take separate locker.They have 7-8 sleeping pods in same area, each pod accommodates 1 person. For Privacy each pod comes with sliding separator. Although it does not provide noise isolation. Actually you can hear escalators or gate alarms. They should improve this and make it sound proof room for good quick naps.Showers have hangers, fresh towels, bath soap, shampoo and warm water supply. Although i recommend you keep your luggage at locker or outside.They do provide free separate wifi and hot and cold beverages and sitting area to enjoy. One suggestion is to improve snack and drinks selection like add soups, bread section etc.Overall I liked this service, definitely will use it again as it was very useful for long/medium layovers. Staff is very friendly. Michelle who attended me was very helpful, friendly.

    I had an overnight layover in Dubai and decided to try Sleep n fly. What a great decision is was. Had a great night sleep, a shower, and enjoyed tasty complimentary cappuccino in the morning. I would sleep here again and again!

    Me and my family came for a few hours, we needed some sleep. The staff Diana, Hazel, Daniel, Rowena were all amazing! They assisted us in any way we needed, they gave us a great tour and explained everything great. They showed us the services and complimentary drinks, lovely. Amazing time, definitely recommend this lounge.

    I think this is the best place to be in if you have a very long layover and want to straighten up your back and have some sleep. The pods here are super comfortable and cater all your needs like if you are traveling alone or with family. These pods are super quiet, has various kind of lightings, you get pillow and blanket with AC control, a massaging bed with various massage controls, storage space for your luggage, charging point, tissue paper box. There is a common shower and washroom area which can be used to freshen up. You also get various drinks like coffee, juice, water. I feel these pods are on expensive side. The staff here is very nice, they wont disturb you until your time is completed. They provide wake up call service as well. I paid $100 for 3 hrs but then if you want to relax its the right place situated at right location.

    After a long flight, I arrived at Dubai airport, feeling completely overtired. My husband, recognizing my exhaustion, dropped me off at the Sleep ‘n Fly so I could catch up on some much-needed rest. I was welcomed by the kindest host, Hazel, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She patiently explained how everything worked and ensured I had everything I needed to relax. Thanks to her, I had a refreshing power nap and felt ready to take on my next flight home.

    Discovered this place halfway through a long haul trip from Spain to Nairobi. Was able to spend a few hours in the middle of the trip after a red eye flight and couldn’t be more grateful. I was able to get a few proper hours of sleep before heading to a major business conference- allowing me to arrive more refreshed than I would’ve been otherwise. The facilities are very clean and calming, free coffee (good coffee too), water, and soft drinks is very nice touch. Elgin, Daniel, and Rommel were the attendants and they were really great. Very welcoming, efficient, and warm- and very nice people to have welcome me to the sleep n fly during an otherwise stressful trip. Will definitely go again. I prefer it to the emirates lounge (where I am a member).

    The Flex Lounge is a good option for a lengthy layover. Im not a great sleeper at odd hours, but managed to catch up a little sleep here. If the pictures that are available online dont help you, the Flex Lounge works somewhat like a lie-flat business class seat. Some might find the bed a little hard, but I dont mind that. I have also used the showers, which are spacious. A towel, bath mat, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are provided. Lighting is a little dim in the shower cubicle, but from what I could see, they are pretty clean. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Ive come into contact with Rowena, Daniel and Diana.

    I was a bit nervous to try the oxygen bar at first. The sweet guy on the desk, Rommel was really patient in explaining the process. He was absolutely wonderful and convinced me to give it a go. Im so glad I did as Im also a very nervous flyer. After doing it I felt a huge amount of stress relief and much more comfortable about my upcoming flight. Would hugely recommend and thanks to Rommel for being wonderful!!! 10/10 would recommend and do again

    Since I had an overnight flight, an overnight stay and a second and seven hour flight ahead of me, I decided to get some rest in this location.Ryan explained everything brief and easy.I slept in one of the pots shown in the video. Within minutes, I fell asleep and it was so nice and quiet that I slept the full two hours that I have booked.Besides, I got coffee in the morning and everything was super clean. The only thing I wish I would’ve done different, was coming here earlier.Definitely a great investment during this long long long flight odysee. Now back to work. 💻

    This is my second time using the Sleep ‘n fly services. The crew that assisted me from the counter (Rowena, Dek, Mel) to the lounge clerks (Roxanne and Ruby), were very accommodating and attentive. Even the morning crew when I was checking out were also good. This service once again have provided me a good place to get enough rest and privacy in my long layover. The facility have the much needed bed and shower that travelers like me need; and it is in a clean and comfortable condition.

    Located in the B area of terminal 3 in Dubai.We mad a reservation the day before with bookings and the check-in was easy.You take a lift to access the rooms with are along a corridor with toilets and shower.The soap in the washrooms is from a spa brand and is nice to use with a light but elegant parfume.The room itself is equipped with 2 superposes bunk bed which have nice cottons.You have USB chargers at each bed and a dimmable overall light.A very good way to escape the noise and perpetual mouvement of the airport.

    I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find a place to stay to relax after 14 hours flight.. We had a 13-hour layover and were booked into a family room for 4 people. We slept peacefully for about 7 hours. we slept well, washed ourselves, drank delicious coffeeI loved it and their hospitality was stellar. The manager, Maricar Diana, does a good job. However, I will say that it may be better to book your tickets in advance if you are traveling with a group of more than one passenger, as it starts to fill up quite quickly when flights land. Fast, convenient, affordable and very nice staff. I highly recommend, especially if traveling with children

    A thoroughly excellent place to lay over between flights - my sleeping pod was secure (the whole operation has layers of access), the toilets were clean and well-equipped, and while the showers do cost extra, you get a whole thirty minutes for showering and pampering (nice range of products too).Not cheap, but worth budgeting for, and it beats paranoid catnapping on the public concourse.A special shoutout to Ronnie, the duty manager for my stay - friendly and informative, a real pleasure to know.Bonus coffee and beverage bar.Highly recommended.

    This is a good for travels who don’t want to get out the airport and avoid the security hassle . Not cheap but better than sleeping on the chairs . The cabin room is small , good form a couple and can get a very small side bed for 20 plus USA . The sleeping rates are per hour. Shower is extra and you have to pay and book it . It has common washroom areas for both generate and a unisex bathroom, wheelchair accessible with baby changer. The nice thing about this place , it has complimentary hot and cold drinks at the reception area and a cozy guest area

    The Sleep n fly in the Dubai international airport is the best option for anyone who wants to take a good nap during a long layover. I discovered it this time around and was so happy I did. The facility is very neat, quiet, and tucked away so we can have a rested time away and ready for our next flight. They do have restrooms and showers available; offer complimentary beverages and the staff Ruvee and Dean are very helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quick nap option in the terminal.

    We are very impressed with the way the place was set up. The sleep pods were cozy, comfortable and clean. The restrooms were well kept and nice-smelling. But what really made the experience of staying there during our 15-hour layover was the friendly and warm staff. We could tell that they really loved their work; they were very efficient, they explained to us clearly and concisely the amenities and how everything worked, and they were very accommodating to us who are seniors. we would like to personally make mention the excellent service the front desk staff, the downstairs staff and the staff that were responsible for making the pods nice and clean and the restrooms fresh and sweet smelling.
