Chic lunch at Shai Salon – Four Seasons DubaiLocated inside the stunning Four Seasons Resort at Jumeirah Beach, Shai Salon offers a serene and luxurious setting for a relaxed meal. We had a comforting soup, an indulgent lobster spaghetti, and a classic club sandwich – all beautifully prepared. Impeccable service and an elegant atmosphere made it a lovely midday escape.

A Truly Memorable Afternoon Tea Experience at Shai Salon!I recently had the pleasure of hosting a baby shower at Shai Salon, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience! From the valet to the waitress, from start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure we felt special and taken care of. Big shout out to the superviser, the waitress and the chef on duty Midori who came herself to present the afternoon tea and offered a special present to the mum to be. It was very nice to be served by 3 very talented women.The service was impeccable—attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly warm. Every member of the staff seemed to genuinely care about making our celebration perfect. The little touches they provided really stood out, making the day even more memorable.The food was absolutely outstanding! The chef outdid themselves, with a beautiful spread of deliciously fresh and inventive treats that everyone raved about. From the delicate finger sandwiches to the indulgent pastries, everything was prepared to perfection. It was clear that quality ingredients and care went into every dish.Overall, this was an exceptional experience that exceeded all of our expectations. I highly recommend Shai Salon for any special occasion, especially if youre looking for a charming and refined spot for afternoon tea. Thank you to the entire team for making this baby shower so wonderful!

The best afternoon tea we’ve had in Dubai so far. They’ve just recently changed the afternoon tea menu which is now herbal-themed- it’s absolutely delicious. The pastries are exquisite - nothing is too sweet, the herbal flavors are done so well and just all perfectly balanced. Highly recommend!!

The Shai Salon is a beautiful coffee shop with a fancy name at the Four Seasons Hotel in Jumeirah.It has a vast selection of teas and coffees to choose from and a very pretty lounge with a outdoor terrace.We ordered a cappuccino, ginger infused tea and a cake in the shape of a honey bee which was very cute and tasty.It is definitely overpriced and the portions are very small however the service was excellent and the hostesses were very friendly.Its definitely worth a visit once in a while.

Shai Salon is located in the beautiful property of Four Seasons Resort Jumeirah..The place has a very elegant vibe & is set in a delightful ambiance to enjoy a relaxed time out with friends & family..We tried the place for their Afternoon Tea & were warmly welcomed & escorted to our tables by their staff members..The high tea is a delightful affair & has a mix of Scones, finger sandwiches, & pastries prepared by their Senior Executive Pastry Chef Mr. Nicholas Lambert who has also the title of the Pastry Chef of the year 2022 & Asias Best Pastry Chef 2018 accomplishments to his credits..Everything was very nice specifically the scones were a treat to enjoy along our Coffess..The high tea is priced AED 220 per person & AED 400 for 2 but you also have an option just to enjoy the Pastries from the display depending on your liking which are 80AED each. The dates pudding was so delicious i cant resist the yummiest the taste, the location is good the vibes was good i enjoyed every minute with my friend we also had the jasmine tea it was so good and relaxing the staff was good i suggest any one love the dates pudding must try one of the best in dubai 😊

Great ambiance, lovely kind staff, best high quality food you can enjoy . For best Shisha in town you can reach Mr. Elsayed for the best shisha experience. For any further assistance you can talk to Mr. Krish or Mr. Jihad who are very kind and happy to make you have an overall great experience in Shai Salon.

In interesting lounge coffee shops with unique setup..located on the ground floor near the entrance, very flowery decorations and quite with unique outdoor views of the water... very relaxing..I enjoyed their signature hot chocolate drink in a ceramic pot and the afternoon tea...I came their already few times, the variety of pastry and sweets is pretty good and tasty as well..Staff are very friendly and kind..valet parking of the hotel is very easy....Staff always ask you if you have any food allergies...

We had Shisha and fresh mint tea on the terrace. The Shisha was great and so was the tea. The staff at the Four Seasons were all really professional, friendly and helpful. I would say the best experience we had in Dubai. The atmosphere was relaxed and chilled. Definitely will go back each time were in Dubai!

Had a wonderful experience at Shai Salon. Ordered Meduse Shisha along with some drinks. Accidentally broke a glass of orange juice and i was really embarrassed but the staff was very nice they didn’t even charged for that instead they brought new glass of juice. Idk what are policies at other places but Shai Salon stole my heart ;) Will visit again :)

We came for afternoon tea and although food and service was great but the presentation of the food was different than IG pictures. They didn’t have the regular afternoon tea stand thus it hardly fit the table, as well food items were different than the IG advertised.Serving lady said they’ve changed it since year back 😏 so the IG pictures were misleading.I believe afternoon teas are popular for its aesthetic looks and many come to take pictures or invite guest for special occasions. For the current look it doesn’t give AFT vibes just a pile of plates on the table.As well it comes only with one drink 😒 idk the food and venue was nice but we got a negative aftertaste due to those small nuisances so won’t come back again…
