    We came for Ladies Night and thoroughly enjoyed! The entrees and mocktails were fantastic. The food was served quickly and efficiently - Sonia and Millie were so hospitable and attentive. The Rituals gift was so lovely. The restrooms were really nice too. I can’t wait to come back again!

    Great experience !I have only been to this cinema once and it was such a good experience !! This cinema has 5 standard cinema halls and I think 2 to 3 vip halls with a vip lounge and the normal lounge . I also want to mention that this cinema is very wheelchair friendly as you can see in the seating plan .Today was the third day after the release of movie Moana 2 and every cinema was very crowded and it was on a weekend day . This cinema was the only cinema that was uncrowded . I got tickets for the standard hall and as I went inside I was amazed by how quiet and peaceful the place was . Besides that , the staff were very polite and friendly . As for the food I only tried the slushy and it was good but I prefer the Vox cinema slush because it has more syrup .I came to the conclusion that this cinema is a very peaceful and cozy cinema to watch your movie although the one in Dubai hills mall is bigger .

    Sent for the ladies night - it was a first for me and I had a very lovely evening and a very warm welcome from Janeth ! Our ticket is premium and while waiting you have a mocktail or 2 and amuses bouches…very tasty !Good bag, movie, food drink and popcorn all very well organised ! Love it !!!!

    Ladies Night is amazing 🤩 the moment I stepped with my friends to the lounge ,staff are so welcoming , they assisted us with getting out printed tickets , they guided us to set, then we got our starters , I loved the mohito 👌👌👌I got a goodies as well for skin products,Then the cinema theater was awesome 🤩The seats are so comfortable they provided us with blankets,Popcorn ,drink and main dish,To be honest I didn’t finish my food it was a lot, and while leaving the cinema they helped us with the parking stamp 🙏 I love the experience and itis highly recommended 👌👌👌🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

    Id recommend coming for the VIP experience here. As the screens are normal , so most of the experience revolves around the food and atmosphere with fully reclining seats. Most comfortable of any other chain in Dubai in my opinion. Food is great with a good variety of snacka available.

    I used to come to Roxy City Walk until your branch in Dubai hills mall were opened.I guess Roxy City walk needs a renovation.But tonight I had a wonderful experience with you when Mr. Solomon was a great help to me when I tried to use the Roxy App, and it wasnt working, besides his big efforts in suggesting what to have for food & beverages to enjoy watching movies time.I admire his hard work, his outgoing personality, and politeness. Knowing that you have a staff like him would make me come back to you again. Thank you all for your hard work.I suggest you add peach ice tea , raspberry ice tea, and lemon ice tea to the beverages menu so that people can have a wide variety of choices to choose from.

    This cinema had very comfortable seats and nice picture quality. Chairs can be reclined and has space for placing bags on your side. Snacks selection were fine too. Their waiting area was large and comfy too. Will defenitely return to this branch of Roxy Cinema since I tried their other branches and for the same price the facilities here was better.

    Khaja from roxy city walk counter was extremely polite and professional and was very happy to serve us with an incredible attitude and customer service. We were originally on the top floor where the staff member situated in the top floor counter had a bad sarcastic attitude, we weren’t comfortable to continue our order with him so we went one floor down where khajaa did not fail to turn our full experience around.     Well the seating and view is absolutely great however there is limited choices of films you can watch. The cinema is situated on the Jumiera Beach. The views from the hall are beautiful. Its probably open 24/7 as they have movies running at like 2 or 3 in the morning.The food prices are good so as the quality.     I went here for a 2 oclock show and there was no one at the counter to check the tickets and give 3D glasses .. i went to the popcorn counter and asked the guy if he could help me to which he instantly came and gave me glasses. Cinema halls are medium size which i like. The screen colors were dull and not crisp. The sound was great. Its not very busyTip: always go 15 minutes late to directly watch the movie. The ads before the movie are so frustrating. Why do we pay 80 AED to watch ads ??

    I really love this cinema as it is quiet most of the time and have very nice seats. I would like to also mention that Mr. Homam is a great and respectful and professional man that helps a lot and have a bright smile that makes you feel comfortable and welcome to the place.

    Very nice clean and well maintained.Its inside the city walk and the ticket counter is same as the food counter.We were a little confused as the first timers so mentioned.Its on first floor and so are the halls.The screen arena are small and gives feel of exclusivity.The seating is clean well maintained and not over used or worn off like others.A must go for movie lovers

    Platinum tickets were taken for me … we entered to the cinema and you will never get lost .. very helpful ppl.I ordered from the theater on the application and did the payment . I ordered soft drinks and mistaken by adding one more … as a refund I choose to buy chocolate bar instead..The chairs are very comfortable which helps to keep you in the mood to watch the movie .

    My husband mistakenly booked a deadpool movie, we had already watched it, so we talked to the African lady and she changed it to it ends with us. It was a perfect movie for couples she selected for us. If i’m not mistaken her name is Millicent, or I might have seen it wrong.     My first time visiting and it was an awesome cinema experience! I dont enjoy avoid super busy cinemas and this was the main reason I picked Roxy to watch the latest 007! Seating is comfortable and no complaints about the picture and sound. Concessions are standard as well. We got a free large popcorn since we used their app. They even have a cool merchandise area where you can get movie related items (mainly DCU) 10/10 would visit again

    Place is superb. More comfortable than other cinemas in Dubai. Its even more comfortable than other pricier cinemas. Waiting are is cozy.     We were in Dubai some weeks ago and hadn’t watched Dune 2 yet, so we were curious to visit a cinema in UAE.The cinema had lots of interesting movies, it was clean, had cool food options and staff was super friendly.We enjoyed everything except for the temperature inside, which was so cold that made me shiver and hope the movie would end quickly.Please do something about it, as we saw everyone freezing.Otherwise it’s perfect and prices are extremely honest.

    Watched the much anticipated, Avengers Infinity Wars and the thsetre surround sound system complimented the clear visuals projected on the big screen. The generous leg space while seating in an upright position was the icing on the cake. It made the whole movie experience very comfortable. Definitely going back to watch #Deadpool2.

    Sampled the platinum experience at the cinema. Was just as I would expect from previous visits to other Roxy venues. Extremely comfy seats and really tasty food.Arrived just before the start of the film so couldnt truly soak up the platinum lounge. But walking through there were pool tables and plenty of seating available. Will be back there for sure.

    This cinema had very comfortable seats and nice picture quality. Chairs can be reclined and has space for placing bags on your side. Snacks selection were fine too. Their waiting area was large and comfy too. Will defenitely return to this branch of Roxy Cinema since I tried their other branches and for the same price the facilities here was better.
