Raffles Salon Afternoon Tea - 5/5What a perfect way to start the new year! We visited with our parents and children and had a truly wonderful experience. We chose two Classic and two Travellers Afternoon Teas, alongside two children’s meals, and everything was superb.The food, as always, was outstanding, and the service was exceptional—Davina and the team went above and beyond to make our visit special.also a thank you to Saidulla, the valet attendant who was so helpful assisting with parents. Nothing was too much trouble, and they catered beautifully to multiple allergies in our group, customising the experience without making it feel like an issue at all. It’s such an allergy-friendly place, which is a huge plus for families like ours.The salon was still decorated beautifully for Christmas, adding to the charm. The iced tea was a lovely touch, and my children absolutely adored their afternoon tea, which included sandwiches, burgers, chicken strips, fries, and sweet treats. So many smiles and so many lovely memories made.There was far more food than we could manage, but we were thrilled to take some items home to enjoy later. One thing to note for those who remember—it’s no longer on the Entertainer app. Despite this, it’s still well worth the visit for such a fantastic experience.Thank you, Raffles Salon, for making it so special—five stars, as always!

Thank you to the ladies (Martina & Nadia) who looked after our group during the festive afternoon tea. The service was exceptional, they were friendly, professional and courteous. Aiming to provide an unforgettable afternoon. The food was superb, loved the bresaola, the turkey slider, the 3 flavoured scones and for me, the show stopper was the ginger flavoured snowman. The pianist could have played more seasonal numbers, and there needs to be more clotted cream than was given. As someone who enjoys a cream tea in Devon & Cornwall, clotted cream must be layered on thickly. Well done Raffles, we would definitely come again next year.

Fantaaaaastic place for tidbits, tea, coffee or simply relaxing.Its located on the right hand side of the hotel lobby.The staff is amazing with smiling faces and welcoming care.Parking is available in the basement of the hotel.Love ❤️

Dubai Sling is the best Signature cocktail that I have ever tried it was so refreshing recommended by Casey and made by her manager Kasi and the food was too good best Lebanese baby chicken. Ambiance of the lobby was so chic. Its full of historical things just an amazing place to relax.

More of an experience to be had. Lovely classical music playing in the background. Proper tea being served. Impeccable service standards. If you have a slight tendency to be stuffy, this place ticks that box. Superbly done as you would expect from the establishment. Highly recommended
