Amazing afternoon tea, with great sandwiches, scones and pastries. The service was excellent. Our server was a lovely young lady named ViolineShe was really friendly and even recalled us from the previous time.Violine was really attentive and took great care of the service.The atmosphere was a bit too loud and noisy as music was coming from all sides, from the lounge as well as from D&A and from the other side of the lounge. This was a bit too much.

I recently visited the Pearl Lounge at Jumeirah Beach Hotel after a forgettable tour in burj al Arab, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant, and everything was perfectly set up for a relaxing visit.A special mention goes to Basma, who truly went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Her attention to detail, warmth, recommendations and professionalism were top-notch. She anticipated my needs, made great recommendations, and took genuine care of me throughout my time there.The food was equally impressive! I tried the halloumi fries and club sandwich, both of which were fabulous, the rose vanilla latte and afternoon tea definitely a must-try for anyone visiting.It’s rare to encounter such attentive and personalized service, and Basma made me feel like a valued guest. I would highly recommend visiting Pearl Lounge, and I hope other guests are as lucky to be looked after by Basma. The place is beautiful, since its around christmas time theres a beautiful christmas tree nicely decorated by the entrance. The ambience is wonderful.their food and pastries and everything looked delicious. it was absolutely delicious taste. service was excellent.

A perfect plan is to have an afternoon tea at Pearl Lounge in Jumeirah Beach hotel.Excellent service, Azal greeted us at the entrance to the room and we enjoyed a selection of sandwiches and pastries accompanied by different kinds of teas.We enjoyed a great afternoon in a relaxed atmosphere ☺️. 100% recommended

I ordered San Sebastian and I liked it. The ice cream is delicious. The Turkish coffee is delicious. The service is very, very slow and annoying.
