The level of service throughout the hotel was truly top-tier, and every staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, and attentive.The lobby staff in particular went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and seamless. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Ryim, who provided outstanding service with genuine care and professionalism. Ryim’s attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything I needed really made a lasting impression.The property itself is elegant and luxurious, with beautifully designed spaces and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria DIFC to anyone visiting Dubai—whether for business or leisure. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

A relaxed and secluded cigar and cocktail lounge at the end of the reception floor of the Waldorf Astoria DIFC Hotel on the 18th floor. This is one of the few cigar lounges with a decent view of downtown and a glimpse of the Burj Khalifa however there are only 2 tables that are next to the window (out of 8 tables). I wish they had a larger selection of whisky and proper glassware but working on remedying those issues. I have been unlucky in that 2 out of the last 3 times I wanted to go, they were either closed for renovation or a private event, though finding a replacement is not hard. Thank you so much to Giorgi for looking after me and my friend, see you again soon!

Extremely luxurious, beautiful and neat interior, amazing view of DIFC towers and buildings, a beautiful selection of cigars, a great ambiance and delicious food. You can literally have it all in one place, enjoy your cigar and have some good cocktails from the bar.

I recently visited this lounge and had an exceptional experience. The coffee made by Rhym was the best Ive ever had. Giorgi was very kind and helpful throughout my visit, ensuring I had everything I needed. I also tried the carrot cake, which was delightful. The ambience of the lounge is amazing, creating a perfect setting to work. Overall, it was such a great experience with outstanding service. Highly recommended!

I recently visited the lounge and had a very nice experience. The cigar sommelier, Mate, was exceptional in making sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt well taken care of. Additionally, Nikil at the bar crafted excellent cocktails paired with the cigar offer. I highly recommend the place for a relaxing evening with friends.

What a fantabulous afternoon tea experience!! I have to say that the entire thing, from the ambiance to the staff and service to the food quality was beyond my expectations! I loved each and every item on the spread. You must try the Peach Bloom tea and the Jasmine Pearls tea. Both of them perfectly compliment the sweets and savouries. The croissants were lipsmacking. And the red velvet mousse and fig tarts were just melt-in-the-mouth.. (unfortunately couldnt taste the honey cake)ONE OF THE BEST LUXURY AFTERNOON TEA EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD TILL DATE..
