    We had a lovely Hi-Tea experience. The ambiance & food selection was excellent. They had catered very well to the vegetarian palette. We were well taken care of by Mukesh who was very friendly & knowledgeable. He made sure our plates & cups were constantly filled up! He also was attentive without being too overbearing. It was a 5/5 experience

    Since its the lobby cafe, the hotel’s grandeur is impressive. Excellent customer service. Impressed with the Versace crockeries. We had basket of pastries, waffles and coffees. Espresso macchiato was perfect. The chocolate sauce that came with waffles could have been better quality! Overall a nice place for coffee meetings.

    I had such a wonderful time at this place! The pool area is gorgeous, with plenty of seating that’s perfect for relaxing—whether youre soaking up the sun or just enjoying the view. It’s the kind of place where you can really unwind.But what made the experience even better was the staff, especially Menna. She was so warm and friendly, always making sure everyone felt taken care of without being overbearing. Her genuine kindnessl made a huge difference and really added to the whole vibe of the place.Between the beautiful pool, the comfortable seating, and the amazing service, I honestly cant wait to come back!

    Very decent place to have your coffee and bites. I would definitely recommend to try their latter or cappuccino for this amazing art they make. Is a different coffee experience. Also good selection of milks, lower fat or alternative. Also sugar substitutes if you don’t want to add sugar into your coffee and would prefer alternative like stevia, for me is always very important to have this option 😇 recommend.

    What made this experience so amazing was definitely the incredible service and the ambiance. The entire environment of the lounge is so relaxing. The food is honestly more like the cherry on top. We had some delicious Biryani, spring rolls (The best I have had I could say), Bruschetta, and a yummy chocolate dessert with gold on it. So, that was super pretty. Overall, the aesthetic is amazing. You can go click waterfront photos if you sit outside. The service wont ever make you feel like youve overstayed your welcome. We went here during the Expo 2020 months so we were struggling to get a cab out of the hotel. Took us at least over an hour to book a cab but they were super nice about it. I have been to a lot of bougie places and typically they start acting weird, super grateful for how nice this experience was and cannot wait to come back!

    Mosaico at Palazzo Versace has an unrealistic design. I really liked the whole interior furniture and even the staff clothes. Everything down to the smallest detail is thoughtful and done in versace style. The staff greeted me very kindly. While we were drinking tea and snacking there was a live instrumental perfomance. Classical songs were performed by violin. The afternoon was truly charming and memorable.
