We had a pleasant stay here. Rita was really friendly and accommodating. All the staff, front desk, valet, restaurant, house keeping are really nice and helpful. It is 10 min walk away from metro and marina tram. The rooms are a bit too small but the bed was comfortable. The main issue with the room is the mildewy smell when the AC is not running, so you get hit by that smell every time you walk into the room. I wish they will let the AC fan at least operate at a low setting to avoid that.

I was so impressed with the staff. The customer service was second to none! Joy was at the desk when we checked in and she made the check in process “joyful”!The breakfast service was efficient and there was a good variety of food.The bar staff were again friendly and efficient.There was a man cleaning the rooms on the 19th floor. He greeted everyone with a smile and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. I assume he cleaned my room. He found a tiny earring that I didn’t know I had left behind and the staff went the extra mile to return the earring to me. Thank you for doing that!

We stayed at Media One Hotel for a week. What can i say… amazing!! The hotel itself is very comfortable, rooms are big, the pool, gym and restaurants are great! The Staff is so nice and always ready to help you. The hotel position is very close to Marina, metro station and Cafes and Restaurants. I absolutely recommend it 😍

This hotel is AMAZING, the people working here are so respectful, helpful and kind. Every day after coming back at night from some tour the room is always tidied up, the beds are made, the water bottle is always replaced with a new one and so are the cups, the trash is taken away. The breakfast is great too with a lot of good choices and the food menu as well. The location isnt the best but is good. Overall great hotel, would recommend!

Amazing hotel, great service, food and value. Just not the easiest to get to. Spent nearly an hour doing a normal 2 minute journey to drop off car to park today (perhaps rush hour?!). Hoping it was an anomaly. Definitely recommend but maybe stick to taxis!

Great hotel for the price. Lovely staff, really good attentive and professional service. All service with a smile. The room was quiet and comfortable. The AC was quiet and effective. The curtains provide a good blackout. Breakfast was decent, and I did once eat lunch at Qwerty and I enjoyed that a lot. Service in the restaurant was good. There is a nice little coffee stand to the back of the lobby area. Everything super clean.

Nice hotel, they dont have an actual club lounge, club lounge is a package of other offerings like late checkout and free cocktails at certain times. Views of the Palm is limited by other buildings and distance from hotel.. beds are comfy, nice amenities and concierge very helpful.

Everything about the hotel and staff was excellent. The decoration was cool. I liked the location, which is accessible to different places. In addition, all the stores I needed, such as a grocery shop, pharmacy, restaurant, and coffee shop, were available. I would like to thank Emily at reception for her nice welcome.What I did not like: the unpleasant smell of the hotel in general including the corridors and rooms, and the entrance of the hotel was a little bit confusingOther than that, I recommend this hotel.

I had a very nice stay at Media One hotel. The room is very comfortable and cute, breakfast is delicious, pool area is nice and has a sauna. The location is close to the Marina and the Palm. I recently stayed at Media One Hotel for a night and had an overall positive experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the customer service was excellent throughout my stay. The shower had weak water pressure, and the fixed glass door design caused water to splash onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the room’s layout felt a bit odd, with a lot of wasted space.That said, it was still a pleasant stay, and I’d consider returning for a short visit.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. This is a great place with absolutely friendly and very helpful staff. Everything was up to our expectations. I have lost my iPhone in a taxi 🚕 and the team in the hotel collaborated extremely well and quickly and managed to find my iPhone within 2 hours. Definitely recommend and we will consider the hotel for our next stay in Dubai.

We are truly satisfied with overall service, starting from Brianas wormly welcome and guidance when we check-in, also with our room cleaner who has always been at his best, always friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was very good, with so many options to order special meals and coffee also with whole team who were very prompt in their service, and we really had a feeling of a home away from Home! :) We would wish especially to thank to Malikas help and willingness to prolong our check-out schedule until our pick-up ride. Very nice stay at Media one.I was here for work, it was very near to my office so it was very good.The breakfast have a lot of choice.If you room is on the road, I have to much noise but the hotel chance my room, si its was very nice.We take the car form the hotel to go to the aeroport. Our driver (Sambu) was very nice to me.All staff member was very nice to me for all the 12 days I stay.

Had a Gathering in one of their Meeting rooms on the 45th floor i think. Friendly service from the Valet service, the Front entrance staff that greets and assists you on where to go, to cleanliness.There was always someone around, the Sound and Tech supplies where really good. I was fortunate enough to have a beautiful room with walk in shower and a roll top bath. A seperate living area from the bedroom so the room has to score a 5/5. Service at check in was amazing as was the breakfast in the morning. A nice blend of buffet and a la carte. Garden on 8 perfect for the sport and the pool was spotless for a swim. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed 3 night stay here, very convenient location within walking distance to Dubai Marina and Mina Seyahi. Compact but comfortable rooms at reasonable price.It was a good hotel with plenty of options for food and drink. Had a nice meal in the Garden on 8 sports bar, with great atmosphere. My room was above the bar, so it was a little loud until football finished.Breakfast was a small buffet and simple menu that was ok. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The premises were super clean and the staff were friendly and polite. There seems to be a big focus on upselling and although we did not ask for it, we were added to the hotels loyalty program and received numerous texts and e-mails during our stay. The amount of texts and messages we received was a bit of overkill.There was an outdoor rave/party happening nearby during our stay, which meant that one night we could not sleep due to the super loud music. The hotel sent us an e-mail inviting us to attend (for a fee).The hotel itself seems safe and is close to a metro station.

I booked this hotel due to its proximity to an office building where I needed to work for a few days. Having evaluated several options, Media One came out on top in terms of value. After arriving at the hotel around 2 am, Shahul pleasantly welcomed me at the front desk. He promptly checked me in and gave me an upgraded room with a view of the Palm Jumeirah. The room was like in the photos, more than enough for a single traveler. The room was cleaned daily, with a fresh bottle of water, towels etc. The hotel has a nice gym with 2 treadmills and several weight stations. The pool is nearby, so going for a swim after a workout is easy and refreshing. There are towels for you to use at both locations. You dont need to bring one from your room. Just make sure to bring a water bottle. The Garden on 8 restaurant has reasonably priced meals, around EUR 50 for a starter, a main meal, and a pint of beer. The Dubai Marina is less than a 5-minute walk away. Great for an evening stroll. The Dubai Marina Mall is around a 30-minute walk. I would definitely go here again on my next business trip to Dubai Media City.The only thing missing were paper cups and some ventilators at the gym. The first time I went for a run on the treadmill, I forgot to bring the water bottle from my room. The temperature can get pretty warm, and the air stale. Also, the pool seems to be a smoking area for guests in the morning.

I havent actually stayed at the hotel but I am writing this review to highlight the amazing work of Fatima and her security team at Media One Complex.I left my phone in a taxi last weekend and the taxi driver did not report my phone missing or hand the phone into my drop off or pickup location.The Media One security team worked diligently for over 24 hours to track the taxi I got into and determine the number plate.Fatima was in constant contact, providing updates and reassurances. Once they finally got hold of the taxi registration, they passed this information onto me. But not only this, they contacted the driver themselves and insisted he dropped my phone to the Media One security team for safekeeping as the driver was deemed a dishonest thief who was caught.Fatima and her team looked after my phone until I could pick it up.I cannot thank the Media One security team enough for their help. They are calm, polite, honest and professional. I am truely grateful for their assistance.

There are some very good points and some not so good points about this hotel.The good points:- Location is within 10 walking minutes of the Dubai Marina Walk for restaurants- Staff are professional, polite and super friendly- Spaces are modern and clean- Presence of work spaces in the lobby and 7th floor with usb power connections- Availability of coffee and tea on the 7th floor all day and most of the night-Possibility to badge with your smart phone in the elevator for access to the floor of your room (thought I never got it to work on my iPhone 12)-Breakfast buffet with many choices including servings of yogurt with fruit coulis et muesli-The buffet for lunch and dinner in the Garden on 8 restaurant on 8th floor with lots of good foods to choose from-Availability of the changing rooms and showers on the 8th floor which were convenient for use after checkout before my night flightThe bad points:-Bathroom with glass walls while cool looking, is not very practical when you are two in the room-Our group check in was not as smooth as it could have been - some of the passports given to the reception staff were not scanned and the pax had to go by reception a second time-the music played in the Garden on 8 restaurant, pool and night club were loud enough that some pax had to change rooms to higher floors or on the other side of the building-there is music played all the time in most of the public areas of the hotel including restaurants, hallways, pool, changing rooms, coworking spaces and elevators which can be a bit much at times. Its unfortunate that you can hear this music in some of the bedrooms.-there is a charge of 10 AED for a bucket of ice ordered with room service-there are not enough elevators (only 4). There is often a long wait during early morning or evening hours.Over all I think its a great hotel if you are on vacation and dont need to keep business hours. Not so good if you have to sleep early and get up early.

If I could rate this higher I would! This was by far my best stay in Dubai and its all thanks to Media One Hotel. The rooms were extremely nice, clean, and fully stocked with all necessities. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Hay at the front desk, who was so accommodating to my requests. The facilities were great, and the space was lively for entrepreneurs for when they needed a break from work. I only got to stay here for two nights, but I wish I had found out about it earlier as it would have made the beginning of my trip to Dubai much more enjoyable. There is no doubt I will be staying at Media One every time I come back to the city next.

Stayed at Media One Hotel for a work conference. The first 19 floors are allocated to guest rooms, with the adjacent twenty two storey office tower offering amazing views of Dubai. Food wise there are three spots, ranging from a full restaurant to a coffee shop. The quality of the food could be improved, although the variety was great. The highlights of the Media One Hotel are the gym and top roof swimming pool which are open from 7AM onwards and twenty hours respectively. The size of the rooms is average with the bedding and pillows of good quality. For a business trip Media One Hotel is not a bad option considering the room rate below 110 dollars a night.

This hotel made my holiday to Dubai. Its super lively, lots going on, the staff are so friendly and attentive. I really liked the WhatsApp system for contacting the hotel. As a lone traveller, it was easy to mix and meet people. Pool was great, the restaurants and bars are great too (didnt go to the club on the upper floor but tried the rest) good happy hours and offers on. Breakfast was nice with a small buffet and supplementary a la carte meaning eggs etc were always freshly cooked. Room was a good size and nicely appointed. I must mention that it is a very lively place and the noise on a night is evident. This is mentioned in other reviews too. For me, it was fine and if youre out late, it doesnt really matter. However, I would say its not really suited to families or those wanting a quiet relaxing holiday so do your research and make sure this is the best place for you. If it suits your needs, youll love it!

We have been regular guest to this hotel - we like to come for a one night staycation with my wife when we decide to have some time off from the kids. The hotel is great value for money in my opinion. Nicely located around the Marina area and has lots of in-house entertainment (bars, discos, etc). The drawback with so much action in the hotel is the noise level and rooms are very small (for a couple on a staycation okay but I wouldn‘t know where to store a big piece of luggage). We will certainly come back again.

I liked the location of the hotel, the ambiance, the lobby, the different bars and restaurants, the business floor, and the lovely staff always available. THE GOODMedia One is in the perfect location for The Taste of Dubai. Its right across the street.The location is great! There are several restaurants inside the hotel and many more a short walk away. There are many clubs inside the hotel; something for everyones taste!The gym and pool are amazing! The gym is small but well-equipped. The pool is large and has plenty of covered seating and a bar/restaurant.JBR / JLT / Bluewater are a short drive away. Its about a 5-minute drive during the day; about 30 minutes at night due to the traffic. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to JBR during the morning and afternoon. The driver (pilot) will take you to JBR in the evening in the hotel car for 75 AED. Our driver (pilot) was amazing! He was a superb driver and had so much knowledge about Dubai and the other Emirates.Most of the Media One team was super-duper professional and helpful! The young lady who checked us in was so rude and had a personality thats definitely unfit for customer service. After we checked in, we realized that we hadnt gotten a receipt for the 500 AED cash deposit we had to make, no details about the hotel amenities and breakfast, and only one hotel key. I went back to reception, and Alicia immediately assisted me with much professionalism and kindness. Anna also came up to welcome me and make sure everything was okay.We walked to several of the clubs and restaurants in the hotel during the afternoon just to explore before they were busy. We met Devid in the Ping Pong bar. Devid was the friendliest, most hospitable, most professional gentleman ever! He walked us through the restaurants and kindly explained all of the events and specials they had. Devid epitomizes top-notch customer service!Media Ones breakfast is the BEST. The beverages (including Bloody Marys), fruit, pastries, salad, etc. are self-serve. However, you can order breakfast meats, eggs, pancakes, porridge, specialty coffee, etc. a la carte from the menu. Everything is cooked to order perfectly and is served hot and fresh! The breakfast team, especially Hashem, was very efficient, friendly, and helpful.Huge thanks also to Tina (Travel Saga) who answered several questions we had during our stay, and to Jay who helped us with our luggage. They were very helpful & professional!THE NOT-SO-GOODThe check-in process was simple, but the lady who checked us in was rude and had such an unpleasant disposition. Wed requested a quiet room on a high floor with a king bed. We got none of those. We are not sure why not, but we just took room 1013 since we were assigned to it. Plus, we were hesitant about asking questions and just wanted to get away from reception ASAP.Our room was on the floor right above the night club; we heard music all night long. We had a small bed that was too short for my husband to sleep comfortably.We were required to give a 500 AED deposit for which we were not given a receipt. We were not welcomed at all or told about any of the amenities or the breakfast that was included in our room price. Although my husband and I were there together, we were only given one room key. (Thanks to Alicia for giving us another room key and showing us where our 500 AED deposit was recorded when I went back down to reception.)The shower in the bathroom only sprayed a mist, and the shower head would not stay in the holder.I wish the hotel has members rewards, but they dont.

This place has some highs and lows. I usually stay at 5 star hotels and for a 4 star hotel this is quite good. It’s not a family hotel, more aimed to business in weekdays and party in weekends. The last part didn’t bother me since I get up early and had the whole pool area for myself. Lots of restaurant that are ok. Rooms are nice and spacious. The biggest complaint I have is the staff in the breakfast restaurant. This was bad. Really bad. They were understaffed, forgot our orders several times, never bothered taking orders when sitting outside and lacked a high service engagement.

A really nice hotel.Went for the wine and cheese night at ciao Bella had a wonderful time. The staff were really nice and friendly especially Bhavana and Sarah who waited on our table.Excellent service.We visited Garden on 8 as well great sports, good food and drink.

I have had a very nice stay in Media One hotel. It’s a modern hotel and well-decorated place. I was lucky to have a nice view from my room on 19th level.Apart from the good service, I have to admit that the variety of choices for the buffet breakfast is so high and the taste of almost everything is fantastic.Although I faced some issues during my stay regarding my payment or transportation, the overall experience was so nice. All the staff are so friendly and professional and they try their best to help you in any case.

The is quirky and has all the amenities to make it a repeat destination. Though its not luxe but its very clean, comfortable, and artsy. I often booked this hotel since my friends and I come from abu dhabi to enjoy a dubai weekend here and there.Josephine from reservations is friendly and always helpful.Sue, the manager there is a superstar, friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile. Shes one of the reasons I keep coming back.A must try hotel...

Great place to stay in definitely. Id also recommend the salad bar at one of their venues - Cafe M - for lunch. Great staff, friendly and speedy service; ask for Jackson he is the best. The sports bar is pretty decent too. If theres one thing I would add its a sauna or a steam room as part of their fitness offering for those of us that stay in hotels regularly

I am coming to the end of a 10 night stay here & I will return! I have had nothing but great customer service while staying here. Not that I have been demanding. I celebrated my birthday soon after arriving, so a huge thankyou to Michelle & Ana who left me some Birthday gifts to celebrate in my room. I have never had this before ever & I have travelled extensively on my birthdays too. Thankyou to everyone making it so memorable.

The staff is great and we had a great welcome. But the rooms are not really specious and during night it is getting really loud. I think there is a bar/club next to the hotel.All in all nice hotel with good price..

I had a very nice stay here, the room was comfortable with a bath/shower and separated toilet. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast as I could eat something different every morning thanks to their huge buffet. You can also order custom omelette or scrambled eggs, very nice! The swimming pool is on the third floor together with restaurant and bars. The only sad thing is that they close the swimming pools at 19:00. There is also a bar on the 43rd floor with billiards.

Really nice Hotel.Perfect location, next to tram station for who want to use public transportation few minutes walking distance from Dubai Marina. Close to Palm Jumeirah. Lots of options for restaurants near by. All staff it’s really friendly and helpful, Portia was very nice.
