Our flight arrived at 7:05am and the lounge was packed, it took almost 10 minutes just to check in. There were plenty of basic food and drinks available but nothing stands out.It was a surprisingly long wait to use the men’s restroom, I think maybe only 5 stalls? Perhaps we would have a better experience if it wasn’t overcrowded to get a more relaxing environment.

Rhe lounge is small bt good.Food varies from biriyani to noodles and drinks. A bar is available. Nice place to rest. 4 hour per visit. The staff dhurai raj was so helpful and he even bought us some snacks to our waiting place without even asking. Nice place

Had a wonderful stay at Marhaba Lounge Concourse C. I was greeted by the warmth and welcoming attitude of their staff, specifically Jeffrey, Mina, Jyoti & Ayesha.. The food was delectable, and trays were refilled efficiently on a busy morning. The lounges were comfortable enough for me to hardly notice that I had a long layover.Again, kudos to the staff for keeping things in order and making sure that guests were informed of the amenities & inclusions of the pass. I will definitely come back with family and friends to enjoy the beautiful runway view as the sun rises.

Going through Dubai Airport with kids is always a daunting task, but not with Marhaba Lounge at Concourse C. From the check-in process with Naznin (who was friendly and welcoming). The access process has changed from when we last came here, but she was patient and explained it well - she is clearly ver my knowledgeable. Then came the staff and the wonderful service levels - special mention to Durai RAJ, who consistently checked on us and even made special mocktails for the kids to keep them entertained. All in all, Marhaba lounge is our first choice when in Dubai.

We visited this lounge twice while in transit through Dubai.First visit even though the lounge was busy we were booked in quickly.The second visit we were made to wait 20mins despite the lounge not being nearly as busy as our previous visit.We chose to sit at a table close to the food buffet as we didnt have a lot of time between flights.Food choices were really good and food was hot and delicious.The staff keep the dishes well stocked and constantly replace empty dishes.The pastries are good and fresh.Nice to have juice,coffee and tea on offer.We didnt use the bar facts we were there in the early morning,we had a delicious breakfast.The bathroom is very small with only 2 toilets in the female bathroom and it wasnt very clean .The staff working the buffet and clearing tables are very friendly.We enjoyed our stay thank you.

An average lounge with a wide variety of foods and drinks. They have spacious seating areas and private rooms as well for families. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff are super friendly. They have a nice and small salaah area which is great. Its not the most modern or luxurious lounge, but a good lounge for a meal and coffee before your flight.

The lounge was great. From the moment we checked in Heidy Contreras was so helpful and friendly. The lounge is clean and offered food drinks and free WiFi. I really liked how they offered Chicken, Beef, and Vegetarian options. We did originally walk to the Marhaba lounge in terminal B and we did have to walk a while to get to the one closest to our gate so just be careful which one you walk to but a good option for those long layovers!

We loved our experience at the marhaba lounge in Dubai. The food is exquisite, the bar offers some pretty good options for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and the ambience is clean, inviting and relaxing. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. Special thanks to Michelle who made our stay super memorable! We even got to celebrate Valentine’s Day early as we got special margaritas and cup cakes. ...flew from Dubai (T1) with Turkish Airlines and Business Class passengers have use of this lounge...not only this lounge but a restricted special section just for Business Class passengers (as you can pay for entry to main part of lounge)...on entry staff were excellent and even escorted us to the restricted section and explained what was on offer...which is great as its really quiet and a special place...loads of seating/fresh hot and cold food/wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks! Would definitely recommend use of this lounge as its excellent!!

This time I had visited in lounge bit earlier. I had justified my every moment. Ambience was great.staff members in lounge were always available for all kind of support. I could see that they were also resolving queries of senior citizens. They were announcing their names upon flight timing. Cleanliness in lounge was very good. Food quality was better than average. Some things were expected but missing like French fres,pizza slices,Slice bread. There wS limitations in vegetarian option as many things served as vegetarian side but were prepared with egg which was bit hurting......example pasta ans tomato soup were served with ingredients like egg..........salad was awesome....I could not find samosa which earlier I had experienced. This was positive side.Also all cleaning staffs available with positive vibes.This time washroom were literally in unhygienic condition. No one was available to clean even. This was left negative impression on whole experience of The Marhaba lounge.When I visited I was welcomed by receptionist.She explained me in details on query of eligibility of cards.Overall 6.5 out of 10......Pls take feedback constructively.

Smoking area is not well ventilated or everytime the door is left ajar the smell creeks and stinks. Wifi connection is good but sometimes will disconnect you. Electric sockets everywhere and accessible.Has cereals, wine and beer, sandwishes, pasta, rice, indian rice, hot and cold drink but no hot choco just hot and cold milk. Apple and Orange juice. Sparkling water. Pastries, mini cakes, fruits..

Pros : Good food , service is good , nice selection of dessertsCons : Too crowded mostly, many Indian fishes and lack of other continental items ( in case you do not prefer Indian food )One of the lounges that you can access with your priority pass. They have a limit of 4 hours. Food was tasty. There was hyderabad biriyani , pasta , rice and some other items. Good selection of desserts were there. Service is extremely good , people there are friendly and always willing to help. There is a message chair and also chairs to strech your legs ( but those chairs are limited and mostly you will not get them. There are like 6 of them and all of them always occupied ). Drinks are nice. Overall a nice place to take rest.

The chairs are perfectly comfortable for a five-hour wait, and the view of the other passengers rushing by is simply divine. They accept priority pass from Amex Card. Any Bangladeshi National with Amex Priority Pass are eligible for using the Lounge.
