I’ve been using the Marhaba Lounge at Dubai International Airport (DXB) for the past three years. As a frequent traveler, it’s the only lounge I consistently use.Most of the time, I fly with Emirates, so I regularly visit the Terminal 3 Marhaba Lounge.I’m genuinely impressed with the service at Marhaba Lounge — from check-in to check-out. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.A special mention to a few team members: Ms. Lai, Hina, Rehan, and Vanessa have always been incredibly helpful every time I check in. They’re quick, polite, friendly, and clearly know their responsibilities well.The food selection, liquor options, and available seating are plentiful. The lighting and overall ambiance of the lounge are excellent and very pleasant.I highly recommend the Marhaba Lounge — not just for the food and facilities, but also for the outstanding, friendly staff who truly make the experience better.

4 stars for 4 reasons1. Good food! Lamb/rice is super tender! Russian chicken was my favorite dish! Russian chicken was the best item they had. They also have ice cream, muffins, cupcakes and chicken sandwiches!This place offers, dessert, nuts, chips, drinks and real food!2. Large place to relax and take your mind off of things!3. Has spa, bathroom and shower!4. Free WiFi fast!Minus 1 star because the table does take time to be cleared but it’s huge that’s why. Another reason would be that they charge 18USD to shower!

The place is secluded with just enough selections for a light meal and snacks. The Butter Chicken is good and they also serve Arabic coffee or Qawah. The open bar is a big plus. The team today made sure we know of their other services aside from the food. Make sure to make your way deep inside as the buffet extends towards the back.

The food was really good and the staff were so kind and attentive.They made our Valentine’s surprise truly special with their warm hospitality and excellent service. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful options.Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our time there unforgettable. We arrived from Mauritius yesterday and stayed one day in Dubai which itself is a wonderful city to explore. On our way back home we chose to stay in Marhaba lounge to relax before our long trip back home. But what we did not expect was a wonderful surprise awaiting for us. They set a table for a Valentine’s Day which is tomorrow as a welcome. My women and I could not be more happier. Certainly staying here on our next trip via Dubai!!

My preference is to go to either lounge or Marhaba lounge both equally good.

First time using dubai marhaba lounge. The lounge was beautiful and spacious. Toilets was close by and clean.The receptionist I cant remember her name. She was very polite and friendly with a big smile on her face especially after 3 in the morning when I checked in the lounge for my 7.20am flight back to Glasgow 27th Nov 23.The girl in the breakfast section she was not friendly (I give her no star) and she doesnt look happy at all and didnt even bother to greet me. I was standing next to her for a good few minutes while she was putting away the dinner meals away before she put out the breakfast which was understandable. Then she turned round to tell me to help myself. I asked her How when there was no utensils.? Sad, I didnt enjoyed the breakfast. I didnt like the scrambled eggs looks funny, pancake was lovely, noodles was a NO NO for me, cold beef roll was too dried and hard to bite. I had a piece of chocolate cake that tasted amazing. I loved the assorted dates. Had a few cups of tea and hot water.Would I booked for the lounge again? The answer is YES. I hope next time I get a happy friendly staff in the breakfast section.

Very clean and modern lounge. They have a decent food selection. The places to test though are not great because there are only a few long chairs and they are not very comfortable. This lounge is s/p a fresh renovation and it just reopened 2 days ago.This is THE nicest priority pass affiliated lounge that I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and service is excellent. The buffet food is fresh and delicious, with hot entrees, sandwiches/wraps, a salad bar, and pastries. The bar is well stocked.My favorite thing was the shower! It felt so good being able to shower and freshen up. They do provide a body towel, but no washcloths. The water was only lukewarm, which is fine by me, but this may be upsetting to others.Overall, I enjoyed my 4 hours in this lounge waiting for my connection.This is the nicest priority pass affiliated lounge that I have ever been to.

First time at the Marhaba lounge using my Priority Pass and it was such a great experience! Customer service from Sanaa was excellent! They were all very helpful on making our visit relaxing during our layover. Lounge is very clean, nice and quiet with lots of delicious hot, cold food choices and deserts too! There were also numerous sitting areas and tables with charging ports. This has been one of the best Priority Pass lounges we have visited!

Marhaba is the most popular lounge at all terminal in Dubai. I am quite regulat at T3 Concourse 3 lounge. Its quite spacious and segmented to avoid seeing too many people. Breakfast options are quite decent.Ms.Abeer at the reception was quick and happy face around to calm the anxious passengers.

Perfect place for a shower between flights. It was $20 without a reservation. Front desk gave a complete shower kit. The set up is private for bag safety. I usually keep my favorite lotions for the break between flights. Staff was courteous and they take stateside credit cards. It was most needed before the 15 hour return flight. Its first come first serve so do plan ahead. The soap, shampoo and conditioner are paraben free and naturally fragrant. Nothing overwhelming by any means.

They were attentive to my every need even anticipating them before I could request.All the staff have been very polite and friendly.I have mobility issues and they took this into consideration and helped me whenever I needed it. I find the check-in process very stressful but I was able to relax in comfort.I was also keep informed of when I would be collected for boarding etcLovely people and excellent service. Overall the lounge is not the best but they have decent options in foodThe best thing in the lounge is that the staff is amiable I was looking for a kids play area they do have a kids room but no toys .But Ms nushrat helped me and my wife to have a comfortable journey by providing color to my kids to draw on the paper and color which kept them busy and helped us to relax.My suggestion would be to place some toys so it will give a feeling of a kids room.

It costs extra for a shower.The self-service breakfast menu included some western and mid-eastern dishes as well as drinks and tea. Beer and spirits too were available. The seating was quite comfortable. There was departure information displayed near the reception. Wi-Fi was free with a strong signal.We had a relaxed stay at the lounge. It is a good place to rest, away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping area. Everything at the lounge from reception to service was professional but impersonal.
