I visited the premium lounge inside Mahaba. Unfortunately, there are few outlets available to charge your phone or laptop. They have some charging booths, but the cables are broken or don’t work properly. Overall, the place was clean and there was a variety of options on the buffet. I would like to thank Yasmin for helping me find a seat next to the outlet and preparing a very good Gym Tonic. I would like to suggest more power outlets.

I had a 9 hour layover and came across Marhaba lounge. As soon as I arrived everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The food was great and plenty to drink, and refresh with a shower. The front desk staff especially Jennifer was remarkably polite and told me every step of the way to be comfortable. Please pass on kudos to her and the front desk folks for being so friendly and helpful.

I was also impressed with the wide selection available at the buffet and the catering to all dietary needs. I was also fond of the private cubicles with recliner lounges in the premium lounge. I visited Marhaba Launge on 12th of March From the entryway to the waiting area and cuisine, the visit to Marhaba Lounge was pleasant. Everything went perfectly, and I thought the staff was very friendly, especially Ms. Raksha Tamang, who was very helpful, kind, and approachable. She was there for anything I needed, and we find the staff to be very rearly. However, I would suggest placing some intercontinental food as well,which would be greatly appreciated.

Had a short stay while waiting for my flight to Karachi and had a peaceful and comfortable iftar. The food options were numbered but good having a variety of cold sandwiches as well as curries along with fresh vegetables/salad.They also have a mini bar and coffee/tea counter.The apple juice container was empty, however, they placed 1 ltr juice boxes to coop up with.The staff was filling the dishes timely.I got free access using the Mastercard travel pass app.Highly recommended.

Visited this lounge via Amex Priority Pass. Admission was easy and hassle-free although area was crowded. Plenty of free seats. Got one with ability to use wall socket or charging. It is true that they are a bit crowded, but the receptionist’s treatment and keenness to provide the best experience, as he took into account the old age of my mother and the children and told me that they would be registered. Nilpha has been very kind to me. She is accommodating and asks about my preferences and experience. Personally, I appreciate that because it allows us to give feedback. The stay has been very comfortable. The food was great as well.

The lounge was good but I couldnt get my wife in the lounge even though my card had guest access. This never happened to me before. Interior-wise it was dirty and eating food on the tables felt kind of disgusting also it was crowded so the items kept get finished in a blink of a eye hence I couldnt try many dishes but the dishes I got were really good. It got me hungry at 2AM haha

Last three visits, the Arabic bread has become “on demand”.This brings down your rating from 9.9999/10 to 9.9998/10.Today’s Hashbrowns were also not so great!Despite being permitted to opt for the other First n Biz Class Lounge, I still prefer Marahaba for its selections, quality, service and most importantly hygiene. The cold Arabic mezze is just great!♥️🙏🙏🙏
