    Had an amazing experience at Luma Pool Lounge! The ambience is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline and a relaxing poolside setting.     Really enjoyed my time at this lounge. The food is delicious. The view is stunning, especially at sunset, and the area around is perfect for a nice walk. It’s not accessible by metro, so you’ll need to take a taxi, but the great service and relaxed atmosphere make it worth the trip. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a scenic spot to unwind.

    Today i have attended Ramadan Iftar here. The buffet was too big and has a lot of dishes from different cuisines. I had tried a lot of dishes and most if it was too delicious. The view on Dubai creek was amazing. The service was very professional from all staff specially Neil.

    Since October 2023, I am coming regularly almost 3 days a week. Karim has been amazing serving us. The menu changed several times yet Karim’s recommendations has always been on point 👏🏻👏🏻 I highly recommend you to visit Luma, the atmosphere, food and staff are amazing.     Each time I visit Luma Pool Lounge I am greeted with happy, friendly and professional members of staff. Although I visit with my 5 year old they always tend to our needs. They give you advice on menu options, give you a seat in the right place so you can take in the amazing view and they are attentive and check on you often. I have visited Dubai a few times but this is by far one of the best in customer service. There is also Qix Kids Club located just inside on the same floor so if you want to relax while the kids play this is another option. Special thanks to Chef Ahmed, Mushab, Than and Nikhil for going above and beyond for us. Will visit again and I recommend 10/10 !

    We had a great dinner at LUMA Pool Lounge! For the first in this year, we stop by this restaurant at the beginning of our vacation when we have a layover in Dubai.Then the view is amazing We must mention the delicious cuisine! I ate the sea bass with pleasure! Then the BBQ Chicken was also great! And the pizza won my heart!     We visited Luma lounge at mid night around 1am and surprisingly it wasnt a friendly place.Staff seems to be in rush to close the place and we felt they become angry with us for visiting there as the only people at that time of the night.Also the floor and tables were not clean either. Maybe they had a busy night and were too exhausted but still it cannot be an execuse for a launge inside the Addreaa brand.Anyways, beside this odd first impression experience, the view is stunning and the shisha was really good.

    This place has one of the best view of the entire Dubai Skyline and the Dubai Creek.The best time to visit this place is before sunset so that you’ll get a glimpse of how the Dubai Skyline transforms.The food is just ok for my taste, nothing spectacular but there’s so much options to choose from.The service is slightly underwhelming knowing this is a EMAAR property. We have to asked 3 different waiters just to get our drinks.If you want something instagrammable and photo worthy visit this place.

    Wonderful experience as always. The staff are always so attentive, and Wijdan and the team are always very helpful, kind and professional. The food is nice, and the lifeguards are very friendly and helpful also. It’s nice to have them around. We feel safe when swimming in the pool with our baby. Hariom, Newton, Purna, Bharat and the rest of the team do a great job always. We are super pleased with all the staff here. And couldn’t speak anymore highly of them :)

    Luma is a hidden gem. If you want exceptional service and a spectacular view of the skyline, this is well worth the drive to Dubai Creek Harbour. We visited both during the day and in the evening. You can watch the marine traffic of the Creek and Jadaf sail by and the city unfold in front of you. Its a peaceful spot that is beautifully decorated in keeping with the rest of the hotel - deep colours and lots of texture, gorgeous foliage. Doesnt detract from the surroundings. In the evening you can enjoy seeing Burj Khalifa lit up. The best thing is the service. The team were so friendly attentive without being annoying - rare in Dubai. Every one was well trained and helpful. We visited while staying at the hotel but will definitely return. Thanks to Ali and Ranjith for the excellent service and Fadi for the shisha. Great team.
