    Great location with a great view of Burj Khalifa, shisha was good and they will keep changing charcoal you don’t have to call for them and what surprised me is they came and changed the head with a new one free of charge, overall great experience I’d recommend.

    We dine in for Christmas celebrations, the place itself is nice, so relaxing with Burj Khalifa view. The burger Angus was good and their juices were tasty. Good for chilling, catching up with friends, chitchating and just to relax and enjoy the view.

    Spent a couple of hours at the lobby lounge and really enjoyed it. The space is beautiful and super relaxing, with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa right outside. Perfect spot for a coffee and catching up with a friend. Would definitely come back.

    Busy lounge yet it’s immaculately clean and love the scent. Service is very warm and attentive. Rayanne the Arabic guy is very prompt, genuine and friendly. Looks like the staffs are enjoying their work. The Address coffee is perfect to my taste. Kudos!

    We had a nice afternoon tea at the Lounge.The ambiance and overall atmosphere was amazing, with a nice view of the Burj Khalifa.The afternoon tea set-menu selection was nice and Xmas-themed. There was Stollen(traditional German sweet bread), scrumptious pastries, scones, mini sandwiches and other bites. Although there could be more savory options.We were served by Mr. Eliya Rashed, who is an amazing and really friendly person. He provided some nice recommendations and took care of all the requests that we had. He really deserves appreciation. 👏All in all a great experienceAdvance booking recommended!

    I went to the lounge at address downtown for last minute change in plans and I always believe those sudden changes are made from heaven 💗A reservation for my birthday was made and we were served by Mr.Shamt who was made my day even more special.I love the place and visited a restaurant before, but the lounge was another level, the atmosphere was nice and the service by Mr. Shamt was exceptional. He shared my best day with a special drink, special cake, a pink flower (my fav) & his beautiful smile. So thank you so much Mr. Shamt 🌷There was a guest who was opposite to us and he also made my day with his beautiful smile & sincere birthday wishes, He was such a warm heart person indeed. The lounge has such a warmth atmosphereI will definitely visit the lounge more often for business and leisure .The service, the food & people working there are all amazing & people you may meet can be super friendly 👌🏻 highly recommended

    An exceptional afternoon tea! One of the best afternoon teas in Dubai. Beautifully presented and delicious, in sophisticated surroundings.     We went to this place for shisha and some drinks. We went during winter so it was a little chilly at night, they were so nice and brought us the portable fireplace and shawls. Taimor and buddhika served us both and we loved it. Excellent service. We even got to see the light show and it’s not crowded at all. Loved it and we will definitely come back.     Joseph the waiter was outstanding. Never have I thought that a man could come the Dubai and sit at the poolside cabana to receive such exquisite service of the highest degree. Joseph was on the ball whenever we needed him. To say the views from the cabana are amazing would be an understatement. You look at the burj khalifa and the fountains underneath and wonder high life could get better than this. And then Joseph comes back with your beers and you enter a state of nirvana.
