Update 2022-03-01Same great service as last time, delicious Turkish coffee, not so much special Cubans this time. Found a H.Upmann LCDH Edition though.Awesome place in Dubai to buy and smoke cigars. Great selection of Cuban cigars. Prices bit higher than in Europe but found some cigars I cant buy back home.Friendly and helpful staff that gives you great service. Chose to smoke indoors or outdoors. Indoors youll find nice armchairs and outside just enjoy looking at people passing by.No alcohol is served but great coffee and other drinks so its just fine. Really recommend and Ill try one more visit before I go home.

Coming from southern california LA area Im accustomed to of some of the best cigar lounges the world has to offer, but places like this make me reconsider my aforementioned statement.. This place strikes the perfect balance between eloquent and casual in terms of the setting, which is absolutely what you want from a cigar bar/lounge. The service is world class, the staff is extremely knowledgeable on all things pertaining to tobacco, not just cigars, second to none. With 2 chefs whipping together decadent delights in the back Im never left desiring more. If you hadnt noticed I havent even began to speak on their opulaent cigars yet.. Anyone with a complaint clearly doesnt realize that everything here is CUBAN, which makes this a well sized variety. I decided on a Romeo and Juliet, the blissful chocolate musk I tasted with each drag had me contemplating whether I was smoking a cigar or eating a fine dessert. What a delicacy! I enjoyed it from start to finish, hitting each note from lightly creamy with roasted nuts, to cuban funk and chocolate, to an almost deeper coffee finish at the end. It was like a whole symphony of flavor being played on the taste buds in my mouth.. Genuinely, Im not just hyping this up, it was a delicious cigar.Between the perfect setting and perfect cigar I found myself floating away in a relaxed blissful state.. what a great experience I had here.. 10 out of 10 from service to cigar.

Great Cuban cigars, service can vary - sometimes it is really good, sometimes you can get rushed through the purchase. Location is good for people who live nearby, as there are not too many cigar shops around. Anyway - give it a try if you are into Cuban cigars.

Came here for a smoke on a Friday early afternoon. The humidor had a decent selection. There were some nice aged sticks, with a good selection of limited editions as well.The problem is that some sticks were in poor condition. Some looked dried out, with splitting wrappers. a few sticks in the back of the humidor had a bit of mold on them. Not bad, but enough to make me avoid that section. Prices were high, but that is to be expected with for a shop in this touristy area. You are guaranteed real cubans though.The staff was polite and the lounge was nicely appointed. Not all that large, but not cramped either. The outdoor seating area overlooks a circle exchange, but has nice quality furnishings.

Been to La Casa Del Habanos multiple time and never been dissapointed, nice cozy place with a walk in humidor, select ur cigar sit down and smoke it.They have reletively good selection of Habanos cigars but not evey Habano cigar, specifically Cohiba which is hard to find.Friendly staff with good knowledge and decent accesories.Aahhhh i wish they open the members lounge to the public as well i wish and hope they are reading this part of my review.

The best Cigar shop, I have ever been, Previously in Emirates Towers and now located in JBR and City Walk. Love the selection and the ambiance. I really wish that we can smoke inside the city walk branch. Great professional staff in City walk branch. Helped and offered new cigar selection and gave me directions to join the Habanos World Challenge in Dubai which hopefully will allow me to compete in Cuba. Special thanks to Mr. Jassim Ahmed who actually is a cigar guru and helps us whenever we have an inquiry. thanks a lot.

A very elegant and excellent place, but smoking inside the lounge was not permitted at the present time for reasons of clearing procedures by Dubai Municipality, but I aspire to return in the future and sit and relax with a drink, food, and smoking Cuban cigars.

We found the lounge in Dubai via Google. The service was excellent and very accommodating! Of course, a huge selection of Cuban cigars in the in-house humidor. Unfortunately no alcohol was served, which was a bit of a shame. . . We would have liked to have enjoyed a fine rum with the cigar. . .Interesting place because it is located right on a roundabout. It never gets boring watching the cars. . . ;)
