Had a good time at koyla lounge. The food is very delicious and sheesha is amazing too. Ambience is nice and comfortable. Staff is very polite and cordial and Sangita helped us with a request we had going out of her way. It was good experience. All my business plans have initiated in this place. It has always been my brain relaxing spot.Now they have a new setup and ambience is enhanced.Server ‘NIGAM’ a Sahil Khan look alike, he has the best smile and humble approach to his customers and best service.I want others to visit this place for all the reasons and to second my opinion of Nigam look alike. Ive been a long term customer at koyla. One of the best places to visit for shisha, and their chicken biryani is amazing. Special shoutout to Karim for being an amazing server, and thanks to Piyush for dealing with any problems that may arise. The other day there were some customers who were being a little too noisy, and Piyush dealt with the matter in a very professional and calm manner. Thanks a lot to the whole Koyla team.

Whistling, shouting, and completely ignoring everyone else’s comfort shows nothing but ignorance and immaturity. Having thousands of followers on social media doesn’t teach you basic manners – let’s not forget, followers can be bought these days for as little as AED 1,000. Lol. Acting like this in public just proves you’re an absolute moron. Grow up and realize the world doesn’t revolve around your lack of self-awareness.Koyla is hands-down my favorite spot, a go-to every alternate day. The experience is always incredible, thanks to Sameer, who keeps the place lively the fantastic owner who ensures the place exudes warmth and charm. Koyla is not just a cafe for us but a second home where we come as over there from the owner to every staff is a family member.But some people with their nuisance are spoiling the culture of Koyla. Since they are saying old people should sit at home if they cannot enjoy then please ensure kids are not allowed to enter the cafe when old people are relaxing at home.As mentioned above Koyla is home to us. The place is awesome for sheesha lovers. The aura of the place is very cool, you are likely to have good rush of people of both genders mainly Indian and Pakistani. The quality of sheesha is also good and food is also fine. Music system is also subcontinental and football was going on the LEDs. Make sure that you book the table before going to this place otherwise you might have to wait longer.

When I had a headache, he went out of his way to find Panadol for me, even though it wasn’t available at the restaurant .
