I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Executive Lounge at the Grand Plaza Mövenpick, and it exceeded all expectations! The lounge offers an impressive selection of salads, main courses, and desserts, catering to a variety of tastes. What made it extra special was the personalized touch— the staff noted my love for kimchi, and waitress Biak went out of her way to prepare my favorite food and drinks. It was such a thoughtful gesture!The service throughout was impeccable. Pauline, another attentive waitress, was also present in the lounge, ensuring that everything was perfect. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Bravo to the Mövenpick team for creating such a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere! Highly recommended.

Spent the morning with the familly today for breakfast.What can i say, not surprised by the great customer service, the attention to details and the fast anticipations towards guests needs are all signs of proper investing in people growth, loyalty, and integrity at the workplace.Would also like to highlight an important fact that many clients take for granted in the hospitality sectors in general.It is Something i also learned the hard way in this industry throughout my humble journey.In short, in order to maintain a high standard at the same high level ALL THE TIME, without fail is next to impossible specially in this industry, everything and everyone must be working with great harmony and Passion and must be working in a perfect sync. So what we see when we walk to a lobby or a hotel room etc.. is only a result of a very well organized and trained team of professionals at work. Chapeau bas.Rd
