    👍🏼 Service was good, the concierge guy remembered me (but then again, Im sure not a lot of people came with a wedding dress that night)👍🏼 Staff was nice but its expected👍🏼 Toilet and shower room were clean and spacious👍🏼 Spacious area with various corner for working, watching TV privately, dining, sofa with coffee table to sit with your coworkers/family, to spend your time before the take off👍🏼 Various options for drinks👎 I cant say the foods are my favourite, it didnt appear delicious to me. I tried the soup but it was a bit cold and not that great (could be just me). But the fruits were nice. Can have a better option and the way it served.👎 Shower room can provide more light on the make up corner, also can provide shower/spray options not only the top head shower

    This is small US premium lounge right after you clear US custom and immigration clearance, and before you heading to gate. By the way this is still in old terminal ( terminal 1)Heard that it will take about 6-9 months before they move to newer airport:Anyways about food, not good and wide selection like regular etihad business lounge. It’s small place but atmosphere are good and pleasant, service are good.

    Only had a brief stop off but it was clearly a super well run place. I only figured out that there was a spa with massage chairs and back massage downstairs as I was leaving though. There is a proper spa right next door though. Worth the entry price for sure. They also have an excellent bar and super helpful staff.

    The lounge offers a variety of amenities and a large selection of food and drink options. It would help if the vegetarian section and non vegetarian section and segregated with clear signs which would help diet conscious guests better choose their selections

    Etihas has two lounges at Abu Dhabi International Airport. One at Terminal 1 (this one) and other at Terminal 3 (other one). I found this one much better as there was less crowd and sufficient seating space. At the other lounge (which is much bigger) there is huge crowd and so capacity is not designed well. Some photos taken after lounge was cleaned.

    Multi Floor Lounge, Top floor being the most popular and populated one. The relaxation room is on the second floor from the top where you can sleep for 4 hours, its at the very end on the right. The food was amazing and had comfortable seating options on all floors. The bathrooms and washrooms are really clean. Couldnt get any better.

    The Etihad US Premium Lounge is after the US Preclearance facility and offers a spot a little better than the gate area to relax and snack after passing US Customs and Immigration formalities. The food is similar to the business class lounge options but no hot food instead replaced with prepackaged sandwiches and fruit/dates.

    Eithad Lounge at the Abudhabi International Airport is one of the best lounges I have visited. Comfortable stay, just enough amenities and good food are its hallmarks. Its gives you the right options to unwind yourself after a hectic flight. Highly recommended place to spend sometime!

    By world standards this is an excellent lounge. The seating is well arranged into areas. There is plenty of variety of food and beverages. The staff are always welcoming. The only minor issue is that it is too busy on the occasions that I have used it. People circle like vultures looking for somewhere to sit which is a pity. Either it needs to be enlarged or let less people in. Otherwise it is really good.

    An exceptional airline lounge. Spacious with a variety of seating areas within the lounge, so you have the choice of eating restaurant style, in a casual sofa arrangement, in a small or a larger group. The food is constantly refreshed and fresh coffee and tea is prepared and served, if you rather not help yourself. The buffet comprises a hot assortment of savoury dishes, a cold buffet of desserts and fruit, and there is a dedicated bar for beverages - mostly wine, scotch, vodka, etc. The food is varied, catering to European, Middle Eastern and Indian tastes. a limited Sushi platter and a small assortment of Chinese food is also offered. Of course there are assorted breads, pita and naan with accompaniments and condiments.The Service in the Lounge is par excellence. Quick and courteous. Unfortunately, the reception Staff could be more pleasant. They nod briefly and move you along, with no warmth and pleasantries.If you have the time, be sure to use the shower facility. Such a welcome relief for the weary traveller. Great restrooms with good lighting and large mirrors.

    This is a really nice, big lounge. Theres free food ready to eat even late at night. Theres a spa with showers, lots of seating, bars, dens, and a business centre. I only had a short time to be there and wished I couldve had longer to enjoy it.

    Amazing first class lounge with plenty of amenities including massage rooms, kids playroom, dining room etc.Both food and service are excellent.It’s obviously meant for long haul trips travellers and it works 24/7 at top level. My tots love the playroom which is fully equipped and a nanny service allows parents to have decent quiet meals as the kids play happily.Can’t find a fault except they don’t call the flights and don’t board from there.

    The area is so big, comfortable, and offers what travelers need during transit. The food and beverages selection are excellent. The staffs are superb. It has also shower room and kids lounge. One of the best lounges I have ever visited.

    The Etihad Premium lounge is a good escape from crowded and busy airport. However the variety of food and drinks is constantly decreasing over past year. The facilities are still well maintained and provide decent services, but overall there is a feal that the business is going down.

    Its after a long period I visit the EY premium lounge in terminal 1, as my flights are usually from terminal 3 these days, except today.. unlike earlier days, this lounge is very quite these days, and very much organized and well maintained. Much better while compared to the EY premium lounge in T3, this is much better as its less crowded. And the staff when theyre in T1, relaxed and well behaved.
