With private shower suites, a cozy game room, and even access to the First Class Lounge area, it’s clear Etihad doesn’t hold back when it comes to comfort.One of the highlights of my visit? A perfectly cooked, delicious omelette from their live cooking station — fresh, flavourful, and plated like fine dining. The entire food selection is top-notch, with attentive staff and premium offerings that make every bite memorable.And something I truly appreciated — there’s a beautifully maintained prayer room for Muslim travellers, complete with a peaceful ambiance, clean and fragrant space, and absolute comfort for ibadah. A thoughtful and meaningful touch that made my time there feel even more complete.Not to forget the view — sitting with a drink, overlooking the Etihad fleet on the runway, is the kind of travel moment you don’t forget.Totally worth every penny. The food and overall facilities at the Etihad Business Class Lounge were excellent—high-quality meals and a comfortable, well-maintained environment.However, the shower experience was disappointing. The staff repeatedly told me there was no availability and directed me to another floor. But when I got there, I couldn’t find any showers and had to return to the original location. Several other guests seemed to have faced the same issue.There appeared to be a pager system in place for shower reservations, but it was not in use. Instead, guests were simply waiting on chairs without any clear order or updates.The current system for shower access needs improvement to avoid confusion and ensure a more organized and fair waiting process.

The Etihad Business Class Lounge in Abu Dhabi is a fantastic space that stands out for its luxury and size. Spanning three stories, it offers plenty of seating and a beautifully designed environment that’s spotlessly clean. The variety of food options is excellent, with delicious choices for every palate.However, I wish they offered relaxing rooms for passengers with long flight transits—it would make the lounge even more accommodating for extended layovers. Additionally, while the food selection is impressive, I found the dessert options a bit limited. A greater variety would enhance the dining experience.Overall, it’s a great lounge with minor areas for improvement. Still, it’s one of the best I’ve visited and well worth experiencing if you’re flying business class with Etihad.

My recent experience with Etihad Business Class at Zayed International Airport was ok, to say the least. From the moment I arrived, the service was lacking. The staff at the entrance were not particularly welcoming or helpful, which set a negative tone for the rest of the visit.On a more positive note, the bathroom facilities in the lounge were exceptional. They were clean, well-maintained, and provided a high standard of amenities. Additionally, the wine selection was impressive. The variety was extensive and featured upgraded options, which was a highlight of the visit.

The best experience with business class lounge and for a 9 hour lay over the lounge offers sleep room, shower room and layed out in 3 floors with wide selection of multicusine menu. Best part is every floor has different drink stations and snack bars and coffee stations. Sleep room was separate but privacy was limited due to glass window and people walking in and out disturbed my sleep. Over all well layed out with all features offered for a lounge facility

I dont like the direction Etihad airline is going on be stringent with hand luggage and charging for seat selection, but, the lounge in the new terminal is definitely one of the best. The floor space is amazing, different zones and so many staff there to help. The cleanliness and the food choices are top notch. I had breakfast and lunch during my long transit, both are very good. Staff and mid management personnel are everywhere to assist your every needs. There are also rest spaces if you need some sleep, but the sign post was not good to locate. Actually I only found out just before I leave. The lounge is basically 2 big zones and each zone has 3 floors. Really amazing. Business class passengers have the access, for economy class passengers without status, I dont know if the price they charge is worth it though. It seems they are trying to stop these passengers by artificially charge too high of a price for entry. Otherwise, the Pearl lounge provides cheaper access if you need to.

I visited the Etihad Business Class Lounge at Terminal A on 10th August, 2024. The lounge was well-maintained and offered a comfortable atmosphere for travelers. I took a quick shower, which was refreshing and the facilities were clean and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. Afterward, I grabbed some chips and biscuits from the snack bar, which had a decent selection of light bites.While my visit was brief, the experience was pleasant. It would have been great to have a bit more variety in the snack options, but overall, its a solid choice for a layover.

The Etihad Business lounge in the new terminal is one of the best. Really amazing. Business class passengers have the free access, for economy class passengers if your frequent flyer membership is silver and above then it is free. For bronze members are non guest they charge a huge amount.For 4 hours it’s AED 490 or 16000 guest milesFor 8 hours it’s AED 630 or 21000 guest milesInitially they denied that miles cannot be used for lounge access. Later when showed the Etihad website link which states that Guest miles can be used for lounge access, they agreed to offer.Based on your purchase of 4 hours or 8 hours access, you are allowed to enter the lounge exactly 4 hours or 8 hours before the boarding time mentioned in the boarding pass. You are not allowed to enter before that.For example, if the flight is at 13:00 hrs, boarding time in boarding pass is 12:00 hrs , then for 4 hour access you are allowed to enter only at 8:00 hrs and not before that.I had breakfast and lunch during my long transit, both are very good. The lounge is basically 2 big zones and each zone has 3 floors.

The service is great. The food is yummy and the varieties of food are way better than during the pandemic times. I was here last year and it was still all wrapped and limited choices. But now it’s back to old times where we had two different buffets plus the snack corner 😃😋We thanked the chef for the delicious food. Please see images for some of the varieties.The only thing I would suggest is to separate the entrance fee, between whoever wants to drink wine/sparkling and who won’t. As I feel I am paying extra for a service that never delivered 😄Thanks 😊

First time I am using the business class lounge in Abu Dhabi. I was warmly greeted by the wonderful staff. He explained all three floors and what they had to offer. We were there at breakfast time so there was live cooking. They will make fresh eggs on request. The dining area is a buffet. I also enjoyed a cup of coffee while watching the planes fly overhead. Thank you to all the Etihad staff who were smiling and happy.

Lovely ambience, nice facilities, well laid out with different sections. Very neat and clean. For some reason they don’t allow trolleys until the lounge which is slightly inconvenient. Service is great food options are good and ambience is quiet, relaxed and soothing. Very closely located to most gates in terminal 3, but the shopping outlets (Duty free) are not so easily accessible from the lounge..

The Etihad Business lounge located near C Gates is a vast, multilevel experience. There is a complimentary bar serving spirits, wines, and other alcohol and in the same area is the main buffet. Food options vary from cold choices such as meats and cheeses to plenty of hot options that include rice and meat dishes as well as some vegetarian plates. The buffet and bar are located on floor 6 while floor 5 and also the tail ends of floor 6 are more secluded for a quieter experience. These secluded areas include lighter food and drink options, mainly bagged chips and snacks bars. The seating ranges from bar stools and chairs to booths. Definitely a great way to prep for a long flight.

Really lovely, comfortable space to chill and wait for my flight. Nice selection of food, beautifully arranged. I had not heard of mohalabia before and was happy I got to taste some before I left the country. Really liked the water stations, so attractive & refreshing also. Greatly appreciated the chance to have a shower and change into something more comfortable after leaving the office. If I had one small piece of feedback it would be that business travellers are allowed 2 pieces of carry-on, and bringing them into the shower with me led to a tight squeeze.

Update: the new terminal A lounge is stunning, clean and spacious. and they have boarding from lounge finally!Well operated with good amenities. I got lucky and managed to snag a spot at the lounge at the beginning of their morning service.The lounge was very clean (I saw the staff wiping each chair and surface) and the food and beverages were freshly cooked with a great selection of western and local dishes. I prefer the food selection here compared to Emirates Business Lounge in Dubai.The staff were very attentive and kind. They made sure everything was in order.The bathrooms were also very clean and it had a shower room with fresh towels, shampoo and soap. It had enough space for luggage bags as well. It was great.Overall I really liked this lounge. It gets really packed at peak hours but its great in the early hours when theres plenty of seats.

Lovely lounge. First class lounge is closed. So a separate area is roped off for passengers with first class lounge access. An a la carte menu is available. Only one food station is open and staff is available to serve you your choice. The food quality is very good. The waiter confirmed that 95% of staff have been vaccinated against COVID-19. Staff very friendly and attentive. The kids play area is open, but all toys and furniture has been removed. There is nothing inside except a TV.

Excellent place to relax and re energize. This lounge has all the services from shower to spa with refreshing drink and a wonderful spread of the buffet to settle your hunger. Staffs are cordial and pleasant in handling passengers. Only thing missing is a bed that you can get some sleep. Usually as an alternative you can use the sofas to have it as a bed. Wonderful time I had and looking forward to come back again. Great job and thank you!

The Etihad Business Lounge is near the c gates on Sheikh Zayed Abu Dhabi International Airport. There are no announcements inside the lounge, so I would suggest keeping an eye on your boarding times. If your flight is from A gates or B gates, then consider 10 to 13 minutes walk from the lounge.There is a buffet restaurant on level 6. Also, there is a bar on the same level, and they offer complimentary drinks 🍸.I was there for 3 hours and my experience was really good.

Amazing multi-story business lunge with WONDERFUL service! I had two very very very long layovers the past weeks and having access to the lounge was amazing and made all the difference. It is wonderful, the food is delicious (although only buffet style), they have resting pods that you can get for up to 4 hours, the showers are amazing and luxurious, and the space is big enough that even in peek hours you feel with lots of options to sit and explore. Also the furniture is first quality... the resting chairs are great for a nap. Absolute wonderful!

This can be done as soon as you enter the lounge to avoid any inconveniences.The food taste has faced a downfall. i used to love their buffet but unfortunately it just tastes bland and not rich in flavor like it used to be.They have shower facilities which should be availed! Always ask if hot water is available as I did face an inconvenience once in which I had to shower with cold water and the staff werent aware or ready to facilitate me.

We visited Etihad Business Class Lounge during our layover time for the transfer flight to Bangkok. The lounge was impressive. Food & beverage were very good (but sparking wine could be better). Our party tried sea bream, pilau rice, some dal curries, and some minced lambs, which were all delicious. Puddings were very good too. I like it that the lounge’s space was designed appropriately to function for different purposes. And it was convenient that you could board the plane directly from the lounge. Next time when I stop by I will take a shower and go to the top floor for plane watching. All in all, a good experience for transit passenger.

Even though my experience with Etihad is not the best one when an airline flying long haul starts charging for its seats on top of ticket prices then I see it as stringent greedy approach, but here we are talking about the business class lounge so I must admit this lounge is of a very good quality.The lounge is extened to three floor, the main food area is on ground floor. When it comes to choice of food, there is load of choice, including vegetarian & vegan food.The second floor is full of seating, with business use desks, while the top (third floor) has the main bar with its own little food area. There is loads of seating capacity so finding a place shouldnt be an issue. I spent most of my time on top floor as it was emptiest place with least people using it. You will also find games room & a family room, mainly good for families with children.The showers are available on both second & third floor. There is also entrance from Business to First (& vice versa) lounge on third floor.One negative side is pricing, if you are not getting it with your flying class as complimentary it is quiet expensive to book, so I will not recommend paying an inflated price for the service, however if you get it as complimentary or with your flying class for free then its one of the best lounges.

This is the most exceptional business class lounge Ive ever seen. It is very vast spanning 3 floors, and having an array of modern environments, and even a noise-proof play area for children.Of note are two things -1. The attention to detail and quality over a vast offering of food - so many spices, sauces, herbs, oils, amazing butter - I wish this was my kitchen! This allows guests to customise their food in ways simply unmatched by other business lounges.2. The amount of staff constantly cleaning everything, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness imaginable. For sure, this creates the feeling of unmatched luxury.My only real complaint are the lack of international power outlets, especially in areas clearly made for laptop work. The USB ports do not provide sufficient power for laptops, and ideally all high tables, as well as those adjacent to the lounge fixtures should have in-table or in-wall power outlets. Given how new and modern this lounge is, I really feel as though this is a very obvious oversight.

Absolutely gorgeous brand spanking new business class lounge in the new Terminal A at Abu Dhabi. Etihad has really put a lot of effort into this 3 storey lounge in its new center of operations. My second time here in 2 weeks and I can honestly say its a huge upgrade from the old business class lounge in Terminals 1 and 3. Since it has 3 floors there is plenty of seating of various types, all of it comfortable whether for individuals or families. There is one central bar on the 6th floor that they call the rooftop lounge with a wider selection of drinks than what was available at the old lounges. The buffet food offerings are located next to the bar. The food options are not as plentiful as I would have thought but the stuff that they do have is pretty solid. The dessert offerings are plentiful though and are quite delicious! There are also multiple other snack food, non alcoholic beverage and coffee stations dispersed throughout the lounge. They have a family room for young kids to play in as well as a game room for adults to play in!Some gates even have direct access from the lounge which I thought was fantastic! Plenty of showers and very fancy as youd expect from Etihad. And there is still more stuff in the works. I havent checked out the situation with the ground floor of the lounge yet but Ive been told thats going to be a space with lots of culinary experiences happening so Im definitely looking forward to that on my next visit.All in all extremely happy with this new lounge!
