The perfect finale to our Dubai holiday. We decided to spend our final evening here. It was a Friday evening and the service was good. We enjoyed the fountain show every 30mims. Ambience was great the staff were attentive. I would love to go back on my next Dubai trip

It was a great experience at Elements. Super vibrant. Service is professional and friendly.Tuna Tartar was the best I ever had. 💯We ordered a mocktail, first it was too bitter and we wanted to change. Then I stirred it . It became the best ever mocktail. I hope they will explain to the guest to sent it stirred already.Negroni was top notch.Amazing guys . Keep it up.

Stunning views and marvellous atmosphere! 🙌🏻✨We went on a Friday night so the service wasn’t as good as it was very busy. I was so happy to be there that I didn’t pay attention to it that much but some people did get annoyed and were considering whether they would come back. If you are one of those avoid coming on weekend nights :). I had a blast! ✨

I booked a table for 6pm to see the sunset and it was the perfect time. It wasn’t too crowded and I got a table with a really good view for the light/fountain show. I read the reviews beforehand with many saying the service was poor, however, I couldn’t fault it. I didn’t have any problems with the waitresses, they were all attentive and helpful. The food menu is very limited as it’s just a lounge but I enjoyed the truffle flatbread.

Pretty location and amazing atmosphere but the service wasn’t great at all. Staff was friendly but didn’t come to take order so we had to get up and look for staff members more that 3 times… drinks weren’t special either but I had a good time.

If you want to enjoy coffee and dessert, this is the place. Splendid views and amazing coffee. The waitresses are always attentive. If you are not staying at the resort, there’s a 200 aed minimum charge per person.

So pleased we visited this amazing venue with excellent welcoming hostess and perfect greeting from Shy and Manal . No reason why bad reviews these guys went out of there way. There is a minimum spend but you are getting an amazing show almost every 10 minutes so put your hand in your pocket and enjoy, you paid peanuts for an Uber there 😉

I had an absolutely amazing evening at Elements at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai! The atmosphere was perfect, with stunning views of the fountains that added a special touch to our relaxing evening. The real highlight, though, was the incredible service from Khaled, the shisha master. His customer service was exceptional, and the shisha we had was of top quality. Khaled truly made the experience memorable, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A special thank you to him for making our night unforgettable. Took my wife here for an anniversary treat to see the lovely fountain display. Ordered a bottle of champagne and a dessert which that tailored for our special occasion. They even accommodated for us to move inside when it was a bit too humid for us. Fantastic service by all the team, very pleasant experience and would happily drop in again. The drinks are a lot cheaper than our hotel we are staying in (W - the palm). Not sure on the other reviews mentioning the minimum spend, it’s clearly stated when booking, email confirmation and as soon as we arrived - almost to the point it was over-explained. It’s very popular and well worth visiting so completely understand the minimum spend - the fountain display alone is better than the one outside Dubai mall. In my opinion, the hotel is an absolute highlight in Dubai that you definitely have to see. We had reserved a table in the Elements Lounge and were very impressed by the atmosphere. The service was also absolutely top class. The hotel is definitely always worth a visit and will definitely come back.

I booked at their coffee shop and went to the hotel. It is very beautiful and a visual treat. The car is parked for you by the hotel because there is no parking. But they said that you should not sit in the outdoor seating, unless you have to buy for 400 per person. We were dead and got lazy and went out. It was an exaggerated 400 for coffee and a dessert, but it was a wonderful experience. We saw a beautiful place and it has more than one luxurious restaurant that requires reservations.
