Cle Dor Lounge is a fantastic place to relax in Mall of the Emirates. Being a share VIP member, it allows to take advantage of the Cle Dor lounge. Nice hot & cold beverages along with canapes are served in the lounge to make us very comfortable. Service is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly and take care of the customers very efficiently. The recently organized Suhoor gathering in Cle Dor on Mar 18, 2025 was fabulous. We were able to have an insight of the various popular items from premium brands which were displayed in the lounge - Excellent idea by the organizers! We enjoyed the event and we are very grateful to the staff of Cle Dor for inviting us for the event.One of the very prestigious and highly recommended Lounges in Dubai. Cle Dor is definitely the JEWEL IN THE CROWN for Mall of the Emirates!

Best place to chill for some time after so much shopping, or roaming around i. Mall If you are member. Limited food refreshment options but best. Comfort le sitting arrangements, fast service d cool staff.. I loved the place.

The atmosphere is a top notch of this place. Employees are attentive, but I think sometimes its just not enough of the waiters. In the evenings, the place becomes crowded, and waiters cant just physically give their individual attention to everyone.So I highly recommend you visit this place. And for the management, please hire couple of more waiters, so your place becomes even better

The staff at Cle D’or are outstanding and wonderful. My mother was beautifully taken care of by the Cle D’or team yesterday when her health took a turn and she collapsed. We were immediately taken to the Cle D’or lounge where we were assisted by their team and the way they handled the situation was more than perfect. We would like to specifically thank Sanae for being so kind and so professional in every step of the way. Also, a huge thank you to every team member there for their professionalism and kindness. Thank you for the lovely gesture that was sent from the team to my mother’s home afterwards. You guys are the best!

A cozy place to relax after shopping. Free parking is provided for regular guests. You can also take 2 people with you.Refreshments are provided (coffee, tea, juice, water, snacks). There are many comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as tables for working on a laptop. There are wonderful books about style and fashion.Polite and friendly service.
