    Such a cozy yet freezing experience, and that’s the whole concept! We had the most delicious hot chocolate while sitting in six degrees cold… in Dubai! Can you imagine that? Definitely coming back to escape the heat and enjoy another hot chocolate, or maybe even a pizza. Their menu has a great selection of sweets, pizzas, and sandwiches, all worth trying. The staff is super friendly, and I heard they will have a special Ramadan theme soon. Can’t wait!

    I have walked past it a few times and never done it.Decided with some friends to finally do it.Was agroup of 4 so we got a good discount.Got all the warm clothing with boots. Trousers, jacket, gloves and hat to keep us nice and warm.Inside there are so many amazing ice sculptures and ice art, truly amazing to see in the heat of Dubai.Was very nice to actually feel cold for the first time in many months.Got the complimentary hot chocolate that was nice and some chicken.Was a little bit weird being served chicken that was kept warm over a tea light...When you think traditional hotchoclate you would think marshmallows..... but was still nice.I would 100% do it again.

    Chill Out Dubai - An Unexpected Winter Wonderland!My wifes persuasion led me to this cold haven, and I must admit, it turned out to be a surprisingly decent experience. The hot chocolate and chicken BBQ were absolute winners, warming both my hands and taste buds in this unique setting.Providing winter jackets, headgear, and gloves are a thoughtful touch, but youre free to bring your own if you desire. Inside, the ambiance is transformed into a magical wonderland with intricate ice sculptures, festive Christmas decors, and even a friendly snowman as we came over first week of January 2024.Chill Out Dubai may not have been my first choice, but its undoubtedly a delightful escape into a winter retreat right in the heart of the desert.

    Was a loving experience to be there. First time I have been to -10 deg C temperature atmosphere. They gives you Coats, pants, gloves, socks and headgear. Coat, pants and headgear is pretty comfortable. However, the gloves and socks can be a or more warmth. You are allowed to bring your own gears if you wish to. They serves you two pieces of bbq chicken per person along with the hot beverage which has to be a choice of hot chocolate or varieties of tea as per the availability. Also you can buy additional food items as per their small menu of sandwiches, pizzas, etc. Pizzas will take around 20mins to be ready though. The staffs were all nice and friendly. Astonished to see the effort they put up to maintain the extreme conditions. Must try experience.

It is located at Times Square Center Dubai.Inside the counter we had the following:Red velvet cake 🌟🌟🌟🌟 such a beautiful piece of cake with chunks of chocolate bits and served in good quantity.Chicken soup 🌟🌟🌟🌟 good and hot thick and cream soup with chicken bits. Savouring through the chilled ambienceTea 🌟🌟🌟tea i felt was just normal.Hot chocolate 🌟🌟🌟🌟hot drink was good. Kids enjoyed it equally.Nitrogen pops 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 this is def yum and fun for the family.     This is an absolute fantastic place to experience while in Dubai. Its located on the ground floor of the Times Square Center. You are given a jacket, socks, gloves, hat and boots before you enter. It is COLD. The sculptures are changed every year with a new design, however, they are well maintained with touch ups done every 3 months. You are served either hot chocolate or tea of your choice with chicken kebab on skewers (delicious). You can get more things to eat depending on how long you want to stay there. Definitely, worth visiting.

    Not what I expected but totally cool! It was definitely smaller than I expected. It is a small space in Time Square Mall. The price is good for what they offer. I knew I was coming so I came with my own boots and coat. I only used their gloves but they do offer boots, a coat and I believe hats. These items are laundered after each use. I thought it was so cool that you are like literally walking into a freezer lol. You’ll see what I mean from my videos. It is -6 degrees so please be ready to get cold. Can’t leave your gloves off for too long. The staff inside will take photos. I was trying not to be a bother but the photos weren’t coming out that great. There’s sort of a strobe light inside so unless you wait to snap photos when it’s bright your photos will be dark. Like I said it’s a small space to take photos but it’s cute. If you are with a group and can socialize I think you’ll enjoy it more. I was alone. I got the chicken kebab and hot chocolate. The kebab was the best chicken I had my entire trip lol. The presentation was adorable. I definitely will go again. Maybe bring my own props in.

    This time I decided to surprise my wife with very different birthday so me and my daughter decided to take her to Chillout Ice Lounge ( located in G flour) in Times Square Mall and the stuff out there was amazing, am really thankful, we enjoy a nice and unforgettable party organized by the stuff , my wife loved it and she was so happy that she forgot the icy 😂 temperature.

    Chillout Ice Lounge ensures a perfect family outing with a real feel of sub zero temperature amidst a beautiful and well curated ice sculptures of varied renowned buildings etc. Apart from that, they have tables n chairs made of ice, car made of ice. So for sure, you will be clicking loads of pics in this gorgeous ice setting... they serve small snacks along with hot chocolate and tea which is a perfect drink to sip on. All the fresh thermal wears are provided and the staff is very friendly and helpful. A perfect family fun day outing....

    ❄An very unique experience of freezing yourself in negative temperature when outside temperature is hot.Getting into a -6 degree restaurant that serves some quick hot snack and drink was truly a unique experienceits amazing to see the refrigeration innovation inside which enabled architects and technicians to make various UAE monuments with ICE blocks, you find your self sitting on an ice chair, the diffused lightnings changes the colors time to time which adds spark of excitement. You are served with thermal clothing heavy jackets, woolen gloves and heavy duty rubber shoes which keeps your body intact in minus six degree temperature inside.Visitors are suggested to adjust their body temperature at buffer zone which is set to 5 degree Celsius , it gives body the chance to adjust to the low temperature in the main Chillout Lounge.

    Easy to get tickets, and its better to reserve beforehand if youre a big group. You wouldnt spend much time there unless youre celebrating.They provide hats, jackets, gloves and boots to keep you warm. It would help if youre not wearing thin clothes.The place is small, but there are many spots for pictures. There are some seats around to have food and drinks. The hot chocolate is a must to warm you up so you can stay a bit longer!Its obviously too cold, so be ready to have freezing hands if youre taking pictures yourself.

    Beautiful place to spend time with your friends, family and loved ones. -6 degree and have limited drinks and snacks to choose. While entering they will provide you with hot tea or hot chocolate as per our requirement and a heart shaped cake to top the feel . Rather then that you can order some limited eatables too. Please wear extra set of gloves. The once which they are providing is good but not upto the mark to with the cold ambient. The design and ambient is really unique. Highly recommended for everyone visiting UAE.

    The Place is absolutely gorgeous. They keepChanging sculptures. I have visited twice. The hot cocoa is literally cherry on top.You can take the most coolest pictures there. Yes your phone does gives you a warning that its too cold 😂 my phone switched off twice.Did not like the nitrogen popcorns. Its just normal popcorn with smoke lol. Tasted a lil stale.     Pot stop on a family vacation! Super fun and chill place to grab a quick snack and experience something totally new. It was a refreshing contrast coming from the heat outside into this cafe straight out of a Disney movie.     Chill Out Ice lounge was chilly🙃.There was queue to get in and we had to book and go do something else while waiting to get a call from the fellow at the entrance. I say, book online. Its cheaper and you show up at the time youre supposed to get in.Our tickets had us entitled to warm clothing (jacket, gloves, hat and shoes if you want) and one cup of hot chocolate per person.Once inside, there isnt a lot to do but get cold and take photos with the ice sculptures.I found it fascinating that the place has been running for the past 15 years, but then, its DUBAI🥳.

    The first Sub zero lounge in the middle east. The only place where you can experience a Sub zero temperature in Dubai. Hot chocolate is included in the ticket and thats for the better. They serve snacks and dessert and also provide the jacket with gloves. Worth the visit.

    We’ve visited a fair few Ice bars around the world and this one didn’t disappoint. The staff were friendly and gave us complimentary drinks and food. The only downside is that it’s not a bar so you can’t drink alcohol but that’s likely rules of Dubai rather than the place itself.

    Great escape from the Dubai summer heat. This is basically an ice sculpture museum and coffee shop in one. Each entry ticket includes one hot chocolate. The room is temperature controlled at -6C degrees and they provide you with all the thermal clothing you need to stay warm from gloves, warm hats, jackets to even socks and winter boots.We enjoyed the cold inside for 10 minutes then had our hot chocolate drinks which tasted even better in the cold, but then we became really cold and started missing the heat we escaped from!

    Hot coffee was amazing.Chicken tikka was also good.Cool sculptures amazingly cut.Cool concept worth going atleast once.The hand gloves were not at all suitable. We came out within 10 mins as the cold was not bearable.

    It was a great experience, as its the opposite of what you experience everyday in dubai hell.It was so cold i stopped feeling my fingers after 15 minutes.The staff were kinda lazy, there was trash on the tables (left over by people who left) and the staff didnt bother to clean it up 😤

    This is my second visit to this place.Nice experience but nothing much to do there.The place is ice cold and they serve you with very good hot chocolate.The team is so friendly and always willing to help.If you want to play with snow, then this is not the right place for you. No snow at all.

    Times square,chillout , new experience for us, you will enjoy the ice curving chair ,table, octopus, shark ,mermaid stalagmites,-6 enjoy the hot chocolate and chicken bbq 80 dhs per person. With welcome drinks,40 for kids the kids will love it . How l wish they have bigger pants , because l was wearing short. They will provide gloves and jacket pants if you need.     Its actually a nice place to visit in Dubai. Those unique sculptures, sub zero temperature experience, that Arctic ambience I must say. You can enjoy a drink and snack as well clicking some good Instagram worthy photos 😉

    It’s a nice experience to tryThe tickets 🎫 are including a cub of hot chocolate ☕️But you should take it immediately because after view minutes it will be cold because of the temperature of the lounge inside ( it’s coming about -6 degree )You should wearing an enough clothes and socks 🧦they will give you a jacket and gloves to wear, but you should take care if you have children it’s really cold but nice experienceFor me staying about 10 minutes is enough 😁

    Amazing amazing experience. In this heat if and after a year of lockdown we are still not allowed to fly out, but chill out manages to make you feel you are in Europe. The place is has amazing ice sculptures and lighting all being top notch Instagram worthy. They provide you with the required attire so you dont have to worry about that. The place has an amazing variety of food available inside. And hands down they make the best hot chocolate i have ever tasted in my life. They also have “smoking” popcorn which you should give a try as well. Great place for to relax and “chill” with ur friends. Im probably gonna be there every week in this summer heat.

    This place is just a one of a kind things to do that the US does not have as far as I know. Just Amazingly enginered. The ice sculptures in this cafe are amazing.Believe me it is below negative zero degrees in here but not unbearable. Needless to say you get complimentary hot chocolate to drink. Enjoyed my visit here tremendously!

    Its not as cold as I thought it would be, which is good. Theres not much to explore inside so its not a place you can stay for too long. However, the few minutes are absolutely worth it. And the ice sculptures are absolutely amazing.
