    I recently visited Ahlan Lounge and what a treat. This space is relaxing, clean and just what is needed on a layover. The staff, from the front desk personnel to the bartenders, where nothing short of professional and kind. I used my Dragon Pass for entry at a flat rate of $32US. There is a large selection of hot and cold food items to chose from. I was there early in the morning and the breakfast selection was extensive. The seating is comfortable and pleasing. When I arrived the lounge was virtually empty and when I left at 8am it was packed. I would definitely chose this lounge over the others when I am in Dubai next.

    This is our first time visiting this lounge (next to McDonalds, across from the Hard Rock Cafe).We stopped by during a daytime layover (not at night).Everything was great: tasty food, a good selection of drinks, and clean restrooms.The only downside is that there’s a strong draft at many of the tables. But theres no way to fix it—it’s part of the airport’s ventilation system, and the lounge staff can’t do anything about it.

However, it can get crowded during peak hours. We enjoyed our time in the lounge. We had free access, thanks to our FAB credit card.

    Located at terminal 3 neqr gate A12, its not their original lounge which was under construction, so they temporarily opened it outside the airport hotel.Its good for a short stay as they dont have recliners or sleeping pods. Food was good enough main course meals with plenty of options. They should include dessert varieties more.It was a house full as of limited place. There are 2 massage chairs as well.Overall, it was a fine experienceA small smoke area inside the lounge is also available

    Okay so the Ahlan Lounge in T3 Concourse B has been relocated to the Dubai International Hotel level 6, executive lounge. Estimated date of reopening at the location is October/November. Signs will point you around there.Food on offer was a bit above average, separate smoking lounge is on a different level. Alcoholic drinks available. The good part is you can ask for take away drinks for the smokers lounge when youre finished with the food.Service is amazing. Table service very prompt by a staff by the name of Sanjeew which when Im sure when you compare it to the Marhaba lounge which is the only other Priority Pass lounge available in Terminal 3 Concourse B, is great.This was my choice as I could see the huge queues for the Marhaba Lounge lifts.I would like to think when it reopens at B26 that it would Have a better lounge atmosphere and creature comforts.

    Loved the dim-lit, cozy ambiance at Ahlan Lounge (at B). Comfy plush sofas were available and so were regular dining tables. The savoury food selections, centered around Middle Eastern cuisine, were so delicious! Fresh fruits and desserts were available, but the options were limited and those petit fours were not that great. Service was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

    Ahlan lounge at Gate B26 of DXB T3 (above McD) is open. I visited it on 17 Dec 2024 using MasterCard Travel/ Dragon pass. The service was excellent. Drink and food options are good. I like the lassi and bubbly wine. Utensils are better than other lounges.

    What I can share that the place is very clean, the food is 100% delicious and authentic Arabic food, the service was great by SAJITH, head chef, and the filipino guy, so I highly recommend it for everyone.

    The atmosphere is very comfortable and the ambience was great. I had the luxury of trying their continental breakfast as well and it was a blend of both international and local delicacies. The host Issam was a wonderful person to talk to and he very helpful and friendly. Looking forward for my next travel and visit.

    Stopped by on a 5 hour layover at DXB at around 11pm. Really relaxed and cosy atmosphere. Service was really good, with very friendly staff. A decent selection of food options, to cater to different tastes, which was all restocked very regularly. This included hot food, pastries, salads and more. Overall a very comfortable stay that made my layover fly by, and I will definitely be back.Notes:- Not the largest lounge, and it did get very busy between 1-3am. But it felt very open and airy. And definitely comfortable.- Entered using priority pass. Really easy and straight forward at the front desk.- Tasty coffee 😁

    Tried this lounge for the first time with some scepticism, but was pleasantly surprised.The lounge is great for food. We were there very early in the morning and the food on offer was definitely comparable to the breakfast I have had at Dubai hotels. It was really good. The plating looked is Amazing and looked like it came out from a 5 star hotels fine dining restaurant.The facilities of the lounge are a bit minimal - no shower and limited amount of toilets.But if you are there for just a couple of hours and want to grab food - this is the lounge to visit.

    Excellent Place to Rest at Reasonable CostAs we were in transit at Dubai airport for about four hours we booked the Ahlan Lounge@B. Cost £25 per person for four hours. Our flight from Colombo disembarked us at Gate C3. Next flight to Durban was from Gate C19. We had to walk for about 20 minutes each way to and from the lounge located near gate B26.When we arrived at the lounge we were cordially greeted, our boarding passes checked and requested to seat ourselves. The lounge was spacious with comfortable seating. The food and drinks were included in the cost. There was a wide variety of dishes, western, eastern and Indian as well as a choice of beverages including alcoholic drinks. Drinks were brought to our seat. Food was served in buffet style. The environs, ambience as well as cleanliness and service were excellent. It was not too crowded and was quiet and pleasant. Free WiFi with a good signal.An excellent place to rest for concourse B passengers and for concourse C passengers having a long layover at the airport.

    We transitted here at Dubai international airport from Vienna to Bangkok. We got 3 hours waiting time and it was truly enjoyable here at the Ahlan Lounge @Gate26. The staff is super friendly, attentive and professional especially Denia, she remembered everything I asked for and brought them for me at the table. The food, salad and coffee are all delicious.

    Didn’t spend much time and was lucky to visit it at not a busy time . But it seemed like nice lounge with good food options . They have a bar as well but I didn’t really consume any alcohol . It’s close to the restaurants and gate 26. No live sports option here . Check in and service was decent . They seemed understaffed which is pretty standard these days anywhere you go. Shower facility and massage chairs were also available.

    Had a transit and had 7 hours to kill so decided to visit Ahlan Lounge. I would say it surpassed my expectations so it was a good layover. We used priority pass to enter the lounge, it was close to empty as we arrived around 2-3am. The dinner selection was a bit stale probably due to the timing but the breakfast selection is delectable!There is a small air ventilation area for smokers and a specific section of sofa beds for sleeping. They also had two massage chairs which was superb after a long flight! Lots of chairs and sofas around the area to relax in.Only point that was a little lacking was the small toilet which only had 1 cubicles/ urinals. Aside from that, we had a good visit!

    I had a layover of 9 hrs at dubai terminal 3 and it was the best decision to opt for the avalanche lounge. Where I was treated very well by the staff and especially the manager Rami Gamal who took good care of me. The service and food serviced was exceptionally meeting international standards.

    First time trying this Lounge on my trip to Riyadh and definitely recommend this one at Dubai International Airport T3, Gate B26. The food was delicious with pretty decent options. The staffs were very welcoming and friendly. They also have massage chairs for relaxing.

    Near gate B26 Cadiz is the best lounge I have been to so far. Greeted kindly at the entrance. Shown to seats and food and drinks brought to us by the very kind and friendly staff.     I would rate it 6 star. So far the best lounge experience I have ever had in all the transit points in middle east. Buffet food and Bar is awesome. The buffet items are very tasty and selection is superb like slow roasted lamb, seafood rice, beef steaks etc etc. Desserts are tasty too.Very neat and clean with friendly and helping stuff. Special thanks to Receptionist Katrina who tried her best to book me a Shower slot ASAP.The offsite complementary shower facility is great too. Both lounge and shower facility is very quite and neat n clean. Must recommended. Kudos to the management. Keep up the standard

    Excellent place to be. If you are to pay for lounge access or have priority pass , I strongly suggest you skip the Marhaba lounge and come to Ahlan lounge in Terminal 3 Concourse B.You have to walk till mc Donald’s next to B26 and take the elevator to the lounge.The food was excellent with ample variety of desserts and breads and hot food.The guys in service are super friendly and always ask you if you need anything from the bar / coffee place. At Marhaba you had to stand in line to be served drinks.The seating and ambiance is excellent. A very Chic style furnishing.Strong recommend this place for your layover.

    One of the best Dragonpass lounges I’ve been to, stayed for a full 4 hours as I checked in early. Not easy to find but was a very private corner.Amazing and very attentive service, especially Samantha from Nepal who had a great smile and wonderful attitude. Wishing her all the best in her internship here.Food was great, chef was also constantly checking and topping up the spread.Only cons were some power outlets weren’t working, some sofas did look really old and torn, and that the shower facility was off-site so gave it a miss.

    I’ll definitely recommend this lounge at Dubai T3@B26. The stuffs were friendly and very accommodating. They offer both buffet and a la carte. I personally took the buffet and enjoyed every bit of it. There are massage chairs in this lounge and a 20 minute massage is included with the Priority Pass program. I also took a shower which was bit far from here, but their staff escort me to there and it was a fun walk indeed. Overall it was one of the best lounge I ever visited.

    I really enjoyed relaxing here for a few hours between flights. The service was great and the food was delicious. There was some construction sound in the area, but thats because the whole terminal is getting a renovation. It wasnt very loud, but a bit distant.

    We were lucky enough to be waiting at T3 Concourse B during our layover. Ahlan Lounge @ Gate B26 was such a pleasant surprise. Unlike a traditional lounge, this is setup like a restaurant. Great food selection, flowing drinks and amazing service from Ram, Thapa and Eljee. We used Priority Pass but even if we didn’t have one we would be happy to stay again!

    Nice lounge with complementary drinks and food. They do have dinning area, resting area and massage chairs for you leisure. Food is hit or miss given what time you are visiting. But they do offer restaurant service if you dont like there buffet. I was impressed by the service and staff are friendly. They do accept priority pass and its a better lounge at B then the other one.

    Food options (for vegans) are definitely better here than in the Marhaba lounge across (we went there first but then left and came here instead). Also they had a latte with soy milk which was excellent. The alcohol selection is great, and the service was good. Also plenty of seating options. Only downside is the bathroom - it needs an overhaul. I would recommend using a bathroom elsewhere.

    As a solo traveler on my way to Boston, the5 hour break at Ahlan Lounge was a welcome reprieve after a long flight. Initially the seating area around the buffet was a little busy with walk-in customers. But I booked the lounge via Lounge Pass so I got to chill on the comfy couches and there was nobody else in that area. The massage chairs were amazing especially after a 9.5 hr flight and the service by Sijo was great. He was friendly and checked up on me several times during my stay. I would definitely recommend Ahlan Lounge. It can be a bit tricky to find, but just ask service staff around Terminal B and theyll point you in the right direction. It is accessible via elevator and escalator. I will certainly book this lounge again on my next long-haul flight via Dubai. Thank you for providing a wonderful service to travelers.

    Excellent lounge and bar and great service by Amie close to boarding gate 29 and 30 in terminal 3. Food is very delicious and drinks served to perfection.     Service was exceptional at this ahlan lounge in terminal 3 concourse B2. There was no showers available when visited the lounge, Sajith the manager was able to accommodate me by finding a shower within the time frame I was in the lounge. Bartender Vikas had great knowledge of spirits and cocktails and made really good drinks. Would definitely visit this lounge when I get a chance next time.

    This lounge at Terminal 3 Concourse B is a Priority Pass lounge and in my opinion is better than the Marhaba Lounge, in both decor, food and Staff. The variety of buffet dishes, soup and dessert was enticing. For drinks youll have to ask a server. There were comfortable chairs that I could lie nearly flat to rest my back after sitting for 16 hours in a middle seat on Emirates.

    The lounge was quite crowded, but I was able to find a seat. I noticed a gentleman leaving the lounge looking rather upset as he was unable to find a seat. I must say, the space does seem rather limited for such a large airport. If you have some time to spare, you may want to consider visiting the lounge. However, be aware that the space is quite limited, and premium members are given extra space in the dining area.

    Great service and very attentive staff. We were met at the gate and promptly led through the transit area to the lounge. Our showers were confirmed and we had time for coffee and breakfast.     [MAY-2019] I love checking lounges, and Ahlan Lounge is one of the best lounge in DXB Airport terminal 3. The lounge is located at B area near gate 2 and the elevator in front o Macdonald.     We found one of the staff. Her name is Denya. She is very rude and when my wife entered the Ahlan lounge drink area to order an orange juice, she told her that this area is only for hotel guest in a rude voice. Immediately Denya was seen serving only Filipina customers and ignoring the rest. Denya noticed that I was upset and then she asked me if I wanted anything. I requested her for a fresh orange juice which took five minutes to come. When I got my orange juice to my surprise I was sipping a canned orange juice. When I called Denya, I informed her that me and my daughter was served canned inspite of asking for fresh orange juice. There is no smile on Denyas face. She seems to be only serving her favorite customers. When I addressed this matter to her Supervisor, she then came to me and apologized. But just rude attitude should be questioned to improve and she has to be told to be fair to all nationalities in.future

There was a vast range of all you can eat snacks 🥨, breads,plenty of vegan options, sushi🍣, sandwiches 🥪 desserts 🍪 & beverages🍷& other than that you can order variety of special cuisines from ala carte menu 😺😋. Ive ordered chicken dim sum as appetizer and butter chicken as my main course 🤤 & I must say Ive not eaten such a yummilicious food in many of the big restaurants in the world. *Hats of to all the chefs there* 🥳 🤠.

    Chef menu options do not cater for vegans (no dairy, no egg, no meat or animal by-products). Example: the pancake batter is pre-made by the hotel and contains egg.     I went to this lounge before my departure. Service was great, food was very fresh and a nice quiet lounge to relax before flying. Since it was early in the morning, I ordered an omelet.     Great experience at this lounge after a long walk from gate C. The front desk staff was very professional at answering my queries and friendly at the same time. Senthil was very accommodating and helpful during my visit here. Drinks are to be ordered but food are self service. Food is good but nothing to shout about. Maybe I am biased as I got in for ‘free’ due to membership with a certain credit card, but the experience for me was really good due to the service from the staff. Following my original review below I was contacted by the marketing administrator Argie Maglalang and also Neriz Simbulan Restaurant Manager – Cadiz Ahlan Lounge @ Gate B26 who reached out to me personally following my initial experience and expressed commitment to improving their service. I also shared my thoughts on my experience via email. The return journey of my family holiday was extremely hectic due to fatigue. I had the same lounge booked for the return also. My experience this time to my huge surprise and totally unexpected was beyond 5 star! They obviously were aware of my initial visit and all staff involved on the return during our stay gave us an extremely homely and personal service. They tended to our every need, provided exceptional food service again and went to great lengths to ensure our stay was comfortable.In light of this experience and commitment to improve I rate this lounge 5 star upping my original review of 3 star. I havent experienced this level of care before following an online review and as a result have no hesitation to recommend  Cadiz - Ahlan Lounge @ Gate B26 without doubt.Original review: Generally a good lounge that beats waiting in the main concourse. Seating are clean and enough staff during the quiet time I visited.Front desk staff could be more upbeat, but more helpful and welcoming, they appear pretty much disinterested in the guests.Chairs and seating is clean and comfortable... Options of sofas and recliners are good. There is an electric massage chair also.Covid cleanliness wasnt exceptional... But merely basic with a hand sanitizer at reception.The mens toilets were a disgrace.Food was excellent and made fresh from the limited menu... We had the gourmet burger, spaghetti bolognese and chicken satay. You could tell the chef went to every effort to make the meal enjoyable and delicious. Waiters and restaurant staff were also very friendly and first class unlike the females at the front reception.More frustrating is there is only 1 screen for flight information and its in a very obscure place so you have to get up repeatedly to check.Alot of room for improvement and left feeling underwhelmed.

    A quaint place amidst the bustle of the airport. Sleeping sofas and lounge chairs are offered alongwith a restroom. Their aint any showers though.     The staff is really amazing. There were two ladies from the night shift (7/4/2019 : 7-9pm), they provided exceptional service.     Its a small lounge in Dubai Airport. The food quality could be better. I have found fewer options for food. There is a bar and a washroom inside the lounge.

    I would recommend this lounge. Good food, good beverage selection and not very crowded. They have an arrangement with the nearby Dubai Hotels for shower amenities. It is a 5 - 10 minute walk but the showers there were clean so I didnt mind the walk. Overall a really good lounge if you are unable to access the Emirates Business and First Class Lounges.

    Absolutely amazing lounge. During covid, a full a la carte menu is included in the entry price, with alcohol. The food is really delicious, the setting is comfortable and staff is amazing. There’s a sleeping area with day beds and showers too. Great value.

    Great lounge! We used priority pass to enter. Good food, complimentary drinks (alcohol included), nice staff. After eating, you can have a nap, then eat some more or take coffee and drinks. My idea of a perfect restaurant experience.
