    I had 3 of the best, happiest and magical nights here smiling from heart dining and relaxing for our yearly one week vacation from Taiwan to Dubai in 2025 April, thanks to the prefect location, day and night view and it’s day to night scenery of watching Burj Khalifa and pool scenery of green to blue toned cool water, tree and tent day to night scenery, and the lounge’s overall chill, relaxing, and welcoming vibe, the fresh lobster, large buttered Asparagus, and salad. Particularly the welcoming hospitality of the lounge manager Suraj with very gentle manners, global knowledge, and polished communication skill, and so we had meaningful conversations. all the other friendly waiters from across the nations, especially Ashraf from Egypt with the warmest smile and friendliness, who generously recommended and offered me the best corner table to feel ease even eating alone with the best view and privacy, so do all the other members I do not know names but feel the bonds like friends, unlike other more commercial and superficial dining experiences I had in downtown Dubai. The memories, service and overall vibe , hospitality, dining and relaxation I experienced here was the combination of all welcoming elements for a life long memorable and highly impressive for very precious holidays. All the details add up to the perfection of a satisfying, relaxing and life long memorable dining experience.

    Beautiful place with an exceptional view of Burj Khalifa. You can enjoy one of the best Shisha of Dubai over here + you can also have alcoholic drinks over here, which is very rare in Dubai. They have a good bar and food menu.Staff is very hospitable, especially Rufus who took good care of us.You can also see all the lights and fountain show from this place.

    This is must do experience in Dubai! It’s the best hidden gem in Downtown Dubai. Smoke shisha in cabana, relax and have a best food, we loved shish tawook, cool popsickels and coffee. Service is top level, thank you so much for your hospitality and your friendly and fun attitude for kids, it’s 100% kids friendly place 👍🏻 I really recommend this place, I can’t believe I have been here 10 years ago first time 😱😍 time goes and best places are staying same and even becoming better 👏🏻

    We had a great evening with a perfect view of the tower and the lakes.     Cityscape view and prime view of the Burj KhalifaRelaxing vibe on an outdoor loungeService is spot on! You won’t need to follow up or call them again, everyone is well assisted.Food is delightful and tasty especially the Seafood Risotto. We just ordered a light pica dinner.We went by a big group and we are so delighted that the team has prepared our seat on this amazing spot! Thank you so much Shahid and team for assisting us, you are all awesome!!! We appreciate you guys so much! This place is a must visit, perfect place for catch up, wind up and lay back.

    Was so surprised it was quiet and not at all busy (maybe due to high humidity) however I thoroughly enjoyed my evening: the food was excellent (shish tawouk) and service excellent. The views were excellent too! Highly recommended

    Had a really good time at Buhayra Lounge! Overall experience was great, they have delicious pizzas and refreshing drinks. Service is also excellent especially Shahid who was very helpful and pleasantly smiling throughout our visit. Plus, weve got a spectacular view of Burj Khalifa, it was really amazing.     Too hot for the summers but would be an amazing spot in the winters. Good ambiance, view of the pool and the magnificent Burj Khalifa. Staff were courteous and checking on us time and again which was nice. We went on a humid summer night but they gave us an individual air cooler for ourselves. I would recommend you go here when the weather is good for the ultimate experience. Shisha served here too

    My last visit to Ewaan was in 2016 and I was as excited to visit in 2017 for an exclusive Iftar preview. Ewaan is located at the prestigious Palace Downtown. The interior for the tent is lavish with high ceilings and royal curtains. The whole tent is air-conditioned so don’t worry about the summer humidity.

    MUST READ until the bottom for the secrets to this placePros:-excellent 5 star customer service-above great food quality and variety, 4/5 stars-incredibly beautiful view if youre sitting outside (view over the burj khalifa, the fountain show and beautiful lineups of Palm trees dimly lit)-good variety of wines, on the pricy side though-Great bar just outside near the waterfront area, it serves cocktails and shisha. Youll enjoy a crazy stunning view while enjoying the rest of the evening.Negatives:-I couldnt find any, Im honest!TIPS AND TRICKS:-do not dine and pay, buy the Groupon voucher and get to save tons of money. Its 115 dirhams per person if you buy it online. Its about 25 euros per person and you have a fine dinner! Unbelievable for dubai.-if you have a car, drive straight in, valet parking is available and its free as long as you paid for your dinner.-once you go out on the outdoor area of the restaurant, go on the right hand side of the outdoor pool and just before the bar go right, youll end up on a strip where nobody goes and theres stacks of chairs, grab some chairs, sit down and enjoy a unique view over the burj and fountain show, no tourists taking pictures or being in your way. Its truly unique.Conclusion :I barely give out 5 stars. This is fully a 5 star place with a 5 star review. Go and dont even doubt.

    In the heart of downtown and its spectacular view and Burj Khalifa standing tall. Besides the view I Cannot stop praising the service and hospitality of the lounge. Each member of the staff was friendly then the other. We did our friend’s bridal shower and they helped us make it special: thank you : Singh , nasser, shahid and Amr u all have been great. And yes the food was amazing as well

    The Ewan resturant in the Palace didnt fail me, I have dined in this place before and returned twice in a week recently, it is a great experience if you are a seafood lover, sushi, cold sea food entrée, a lot of Salad options, then you have the main dish options that include beef and chicken options but everyone rushes to the main ones which is grilled lobsters and grilled prawns and fish options.I do Recommend it if you are planning a dinner for an event or for group of people.Proximity to the Dubai fountain and burj Khalifa promises great opportunities for good photos.Problem is the painful traffic you have to go through to reach this resturant especially at night or on weekends, be prepared for double the normal time to reach.Valet parking is available at enterance of hotel.

    Outdoor shisha with a great view. Shisha is AED125 or higher (look for entertainer vouchers) and drinks between AED25-50 (non alcoholic). The place is inside the palace hotel so look for valet parking otherwise walking from souk Al bahar parking will take 10 mins. Shisha initially burned too quickly but waiter replaced it. Rose and strawberry flavours were not available. Get a fan if its still hot otherwise come in cooler months.

    This place is a beautiful lounge right by burj Khalifa. You can chill , smoke your shisha and have some good food. We had some desserts with tea and shisha.     My favorite spot in Dubai. I visit this place at least once in a month. You can enjoy your shisha or your drinks while watching Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. In the summer it is a bit hot even though they are using coolers which really does not cooling.My favorite server is Nithin who was really helpful every single time yet he was not there on my last visit and you can absolutely feel the difference as it is important to know a server who will take good care of you and to make you feel like home.On my last visit I experienced slower service and lack of servers.

    I had an absolutely amazing experience at Buhayra Lounge! The service exceeded all expectations, and the view of Burj Khalifa and the fountains was absolutely breathtaking. The staff members, Bhupen, Shahid, and Mohammad, were incredibly friendly and understanding. I want to express my sincere gratitude for their professionalism and kindness.     Love this place! I always go on the last day before I go back to Europe. Great shisha for a reasonable price! Only reason why I give 4 stars and not 5 is because the bill wasn’t correct when I paid yesterday. I was there from 16:15 till 18:15. There is a happy hour between 16:00 and 18:00 and I ordered 2 pina coladas. They cost 40AED in happy hour and normally 65AED. I paid with my credit card and after I paid I remembered that the price wasn’t correct. I didn’t mind a lot because it was only 30 AED, but they should be more careful the next time.

    It was a surprise birthday gift for me. Such an awesome place, just like being in a palace. With a free valet parking its convenient enough for the diners but you got to be punctual though as per the time for which the table had been booked. The cuisines are a mixture of Arabic and western. There are a lot varieties of sea food here and I think as it was on Friday night lve been there, it seemed that night was specifically for sea food. There were lot varieties of shrimps, prawns lobsters and oysters with chefs waiting to serve us fresh as per our liking. There were also delicious dishes of beef and lamb, especially the beef tenderloin which was soft and juicy combined with garlic paste. For dessert I was lost on the various choices of cheese, plums, peaches, chocolate cakes, puddings, chocolate dipped caramels and marshmallows, ice creams and not forgetting the delicious French crepes. Once full, take a walk in the garden where you can enjoy the beautiful musical fountain playing with the panoramic view of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall in the background.
