    Nice lounge in Terminal One. Not open 24 hours but only a few hours before each BA flight.Main drawback is the size. It can get crowded very quickly. Quality food, a lovely Chicken Tikka Masala for lunch, and a decent selection of wines, including a nice French Bordeaux, which went down very nicely after being in the hyper expensive wine desert that is Dubai.

    Terminal 1 isn’t great so if you’re lucky enough to have access here, make sure you visit.Came to say the food selection wasn’t great, however, I have just read from other reviews you needed to order food via a QR code. This wasn’t explained on entry, nor did I see this in the lounge itself which explains why the food selection was poor.The bar area is restricted to first class passengers only, albeit there is a well stocked bar within the lounge itself, self service.Very nice decor and atmosphere.

    Spent a short time in this lounge but it was worth it.They have a new system where you order through your phone, which is very convenient instead of walking around to get your food.The breakfast was FRESH and HOT. I was glad I didn’t eat at home.Customer service was also great . Polite and caring staff.

    You can order everything from your phone and they will deliver to your table. Theres a code you need to obtain at the front desk in order to place the order. Very tiny lounge in terminal 1 but it has everything you need prior to departure. Ive been to a few different BA lounges in various countries. And the level of service you would receive is absolutely flawless. I had a quick chicken Cesar salad and a few glasses of bubbly and red wine prior to my flight. The lavatory is by far the cleanest in the BA lounge. This is the lounge to go to if your boarding gate is D.

    Lea looked after us in The Bar this evening and her service was fantastic. Comparable to fine dining restaurants - very attentive, friendly but professional. Thank you!

    Bear in mind this lounge isn’t open all day, only preparing for the BA departures. If you’re a BA status member then you’ll have access to the alternative lounge opposite, but with such a high footfall it’s best waiting for the opening time if that’s not too far away.Annoyingly food can only be ordered via QR code and the actual bar area is restricted to those flying in First. However everything else is great - loads of comfortable seating and options if you want to work, nice atmosphere, plenty of charging sockets, friendly staff - a great retreat before a flight and naturally beats the main terminal areas.

    Located in the second floor of concourse D, the British Airways lounge is small but ultimately it does what is says in the tin. Comfortable sitting, free wi-fi, drinks and fresh food ordered through an app. There is a room at the back of the lounge which is aptly named the Dubai bar. It is the best place to sit and work, as it features high tables with decent charge points. The service is impeccable- efficient, friendly and courteous.

    Such a warm welcome on approach to the lounge. Echo others in that choices for breakfast perhaps limited/subpar but fine for a quick fix before boarding the aircraft, everything kept super clean. Perhaps BA should consider a on-demand service to avoid food waste/sitting out going stale.

    Small but relaxed lounge very close to the gate. No issues finding a seat or quiet space. Limited but sufficient breakfast choice before a morning flight from Dubai to Heathrow. Giving it four stars as rivals have better lounges.

    Very small lounge on the first floor above duty free, small food offerings but honestly not bad for a snack before you board the flight. Staff were attentive and cleared empty plates and glasses almost immediately.

    Flew Club World and was allowed access to the lounge as flight was not too busy otherwise you may be relegated to the lounge across the way unless you fly first. Lounge is small and pleasant. Food and drinks are via QR code ordering system

    This is quite a small facility, which means that if flying with Oneworld Sapphire in WTP or WT, they may well send you next door in the Marhaba Lounge - if so, go to the BA area all the way at endDespite the size, the staff are helpful and the lounge operates the usual QR menu ordering system in operation in other BA lounges. Theres also a selection of drinks at the front.
