I am deeply impressed by Jumeirah Al Naseem, which took me on an emotional rollercoaster. Initially, my friend and I planned to visit Blind Tiger, which is rated as one of the top bars in Dubai. However, we were treated with disrespect at the entrance, where the doorman said, “You are not allowed to be here,” simply because my Tory Burch sandals weren’t deemed fancy enough to meet their standards (apologies for not wearing Hermès, or was it because I’m a petite Asian woman?). To make it worse, we weren’t even allowed to wait outside the bar.Filled with frustration and disappointment, my friend and I walked down to Al Mandhar Lobby Lounge. That’s when the miracle began, thanks to Galila Abourlsadat. She warmly welcomed us, allowing us to walk in and choose our preferred table. My friend inquired about Blind Tiger, and I asked where I could file a complaint. Galila patiently listened to our story and encouraged us to enjoy our time at the lounge. She treated us with such care and respect that it completely turned our evening around.We ordered our rosé and had a wonderful time. After hearing our story, Galila even surprised us with a bouquet of roses—a truly unexpected gesture. I was so touched by her kindness and professionalism. When we wanted to take a photo, Gita Nurcita Dewi went out of her way to help us find a spot with good lighting. Her patience and friendliness, along with the rest of the team, left me utterly impressed.It’s astonishing how the same hotel group can deliver such contrasting service experiences. At Blind Tiger, we faced arrogance and rudeness, while at Al Mandhar, we were treated with exceptional warmth, kindness, and care.I’m incredibly grateful to Al Mandhar Lobby Lounge for turning my mood from hell to heaven. Thank you so much, Galila, Gita, the lovely team member who brought us the flowers, and the rest of your staff! You inspired me to give a glowing 5-star review for Al Mandhar instead of venting my frustrations in a negative complaint about Blind Tiger.

We’ve just wrapped up a week at Jumeirah Al Naseem, and as always, our visit wouldn’t have been complete without a coffee break at Al Mandhar Lounge. Antonia, the lovely hostess, has greeted us with the kindest smile every time we’ve come back over the years. It has become one of those small but meaningful things that make this hotel feel like home.The pastries and coffee at Al Mandhar are always delicious, making our breaks here even more enjoyable. Like Antonia, the rest of the team is always welcoming and attentive, ensuring every visit is a pleasant one.As we enjoy our last week here, we’re looking forward to spending a bit more time at Al Mandhar, where Antonia’s friendly welcome and the wonderful atmosphere make us feel so special.Thank you, Antonia, and the entire team, for making our stays here even more memorable.❤️

The lobby is lovely and cozy. I recommend trying the crème brûlée and Baklawa Ice cream; they simply must be experienced. The coffee is also quite good; I ordered a flat white .The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, which added to the overall enjoyable experience. I can confidently say that this is one of my favorite lobbies in Dubai.

One of my favorite lounges in UAE. Love to have breakfast or lunch there. Tea or coffee time. Indoor or outdoor! My favorite is White Tea, one of the best Americano coffees I’ve had, delicious Minestrone Soup, huge portion of Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon, Burrata... whatever I tasted was yummy! Nice place to work on my laptop too. Have to mention Ivan, waiter who is usually serving me. Excellent service!

Hello ManagerI have to mention that when I arrived yesterday afternoon with my friend at your lounge. It was fully occupied and there was no place to sit, which really upset my friend who was a house guest. His complaint was that people have been sitting for hours for one coffee and he kept on moving up and down which got him irritated.I requested Antonia, who was the hostess, to look into the matter and she was just amazing, very clam with her good smile, clam my friend and finally made him at peace and comfort to ensure we got a good quite place. Further she ensured that she visited time and again and asked if we were comfortable. I was impressed and really appreciate her hospitality.My Flat white was also well prepared.

We often come to the lobby lounge for an afternoon coffee/tea and some cakes but unfortunately today they told us about the minimum spending of AED 100 per person which was disappointing. However the cakes and cookies are very good and the service is usually on point. The ladies serving us are always very friendly and polite. In fact, today Antonia welcomed us and she was very warm, sweet and professional. She made our experience even better. Thank you.

Al mandar lounge is THE TOP class lounge of Dubai. I have been greeted by Hostess called Antonia. She was outstanding, very professional explaining kindly the policy and sitting me where she could accomodate. The service was good too. And at the end after me paying Antonia even reminded me to stamp my car parking and gave me a brief about the offers such as afternoon tea...i highly recommand you all to try it at least once.

My favorite lounge, gorgeous, nice sweets, drinks and lovely afternoon tea. However the blond staff from Ukraine was really bad today. Very bad attitude and made me wait more than one hour for some eggs. Didn’t even bother for the first 20mins to order them. No knowledge of the menu too. Never said sorry. Mistake from the kitchen also that they put black pepper when it’s not mentioned. It’s an allergen for me and many more people. It’s on the table if we want it we can use it. Wei was extremely polite and did her job well covering for other people’s mistakes.

The place is luxurious, elegant, and opens the soul, overlooking the Burj Al Arab, the beach, and the pool. The place is nice, even though I had an experience with one of the workers on the subject of the Red Bull flavor, but I will also go back and say the place is nice. What distinguishes the place is that it allows you to go down and pass by the pool and go to the sea and take pictures and take a rest, although I feel that it is forbidden, but do not ask if you are crazy and trust in God 😂😂 and their valet service is awesome 😂😂 And its free.

We booked afternoon tea for two people. The atmosphere was very nice, with the guitarist playing happy birthday and it was so cute. Afternoon tea was presented in the shape of a large and distinctive turtle. The available items were diverse and in large quantities, and almost everything was delicious and distinctive in terms of appearance, taste and flavours. I liked that they asked before applying if we were allergic to anything specific and would they change it.
