    What a lovely Afternoon Tea experience! The Lounge is wonderfully decorated and the staff were very helpful and attentive to us. We started off our Afternoon Tea service with their Lemon Mint & Passion Green Tea, such a wonderful palate cleanser to get you ready for the scrumptious little sandwiches and pastries to follow! You do get two choices for tea drinks, and my favorite quickly became the Persian Rose. All in all an amazing experience!

    A wonderfully furnished and inviting hotel lounge with very courteous staff. The offer includes a wide selection of drinks, I can especially recommend the mocktails. There is also a very large selection of desserts and small snacks. The atmosphere is relaxed and invites you to linger.

    Ordered a burger and a fettuccine. Very well presented and tasty.Their Shisha was very nice.The place is something else it seems like a palace. Valet parking is free after authenticating the slip.Service is great, nice waiters and waitresses. They make you feel welcomed.

    Its such a lovely lounge to sit and relax with some drinks ✨ The view by window is lovely, and the atmosphere inside is quiet, calm classy background music I loved it. Very relaxing and comfortable. The waitresses were good and provided a good service. Their tea selection is wide: many original option. Tried their Matcha latte that was great; as well as their rose tea which also was special to try, a unique flavours for tea lovers Id recommend it. 👌🏻🍵

    Wonderful experience of having afternoon tea here during the winter season in Dubai. Nice view cool breeze. They made vegetarian savory for me after knowing I’m a vegetarian. Very impressed.

    This is a beautiful space right inside the main hotel lobby. We had the Hendricks afternoon tea service. If you are a group of 2 I HIGHLY recommend sharing the tea service and paying extra for 1 pot of tea as they bring you a LOT of food and we couldnt finish it. Their tea selection was good, but we were disappointed that they did not have any local teas. The food items were all of very high quality, especially the scones and lemon curd. We were again disappointed that the food did not reflect the local culture at all, except for some amazing chicken cones. The service was good even though the lounge was pretty busy. If I had to criticize one thing, its that the sweets cakes, macarons, etc. Are on a display table in the middle of the lounge, and anyone can (and did) randomly touch the food items so you cant be sure what you are eating wasnt touched by every kid there. They were happy to give us fresh food from behind the counter when I asked though.

    We went there for Saturday breakfast, the outdoor sitting was fabulous, the breakfast menu was rich and meet all desires.The food quality was fabulous, but the price was bit high but it was worth.The bakery basket was rich and fabulous.

    It is the best place to spend time outside in these fine Dubai weather. The weather is really nice and the view of the Burj al Arab and sea is really good. However, it was uncomfortable for parents who took their children outside to smoke at the next table. Besides, the food was excellent and delicious. However, the price is too high.

    Superb afternoon tea in a lovely setting. Really high quality tea and cakes and one of the best I have experienced globally. Live music with a pianist was a nice touch. We alao did this on the Entertainer which made it great value. Very much recommended. 5 stars.

    Al fayrooz lounge is one of my parent’s favorite restaurants and they never fail to take care of us.. the receptionist elisa made sure that we will have our favorite spot outside with nice view of burj al arab. Min is the restaurant manager who always makes sure that my papa never runs out of his cashew nuts partnering his cold heineken beer and also recommended a perfectly made virgin bloody mary for my mama. I observed windy always serves other guests with a smile.. tameemul who always come and check if my parents needs something.. Joy who brings us our food and engaging with us. we ordered truffle regatoni that is very delicious.. also to daniela who is very approachable.. They have a nice view and friendly staff thats why we always come back here..

    I had afternoon tea here today and it was one of the best Ive had in the world, as I have had it in many cities. The ambiance is gorgeous, the service was top notch and welcoming, and the food was excellent. I loved the mini sandwiches, each one an artistic creation full of flavor. The sweet pastries were great too. The star of the show was the delicious scones with REAL CLOTTED CREAM! you don’t often find that outside of the UK. All of our servers were very kind and attentive. One was Sherilyn ( I’m sorry if I’m not exact on the name). She gave great service. ( thank you from Maryam A.) The only change I would request they make the tea with water that has boiled fully, hot water does not brew tea correctly. Also, tea should be refilled as desired as is the custom with true afternoon tea, and the tea leaves should be in a tea ball to be removed at the 4 min mark for the perfect time. I will definitely return as often as I can. Also, I made online reservations very easily on their website. (They only reserve for afternoon tea) Thank you!

    Visited here for Afternoon Tea and were offered prime seats on the middle terrace overlooking the Burj on the right. Great point for photos by the way as well as the sea views. Food was tasty with a good selection of teas, sandwiches and even a G&T or Champagne drink. Being a Jumeirah however I would’ve expected the Service to be more on point, as it was slow with dishes taking longer than expected to come out, and the team looked short on staff. Regardless, the team were friendly, polite and professional.I strongly recommend a visit here as the hotel is impressive as is the Afternoon Tea

    Generally great and a favorite place. Staff of nice except for the last named (Precilla) who was on the side of unfriendliness, in-attentiveness and rudeness in treating customers.     This place is my relax corner in Dubai. Reminds me of my house hall back home. You can always walk in for a drink with a relaxing atmosphere. Also I always chose this place if I ever have any guests from outside Dubai so they can enjoy and have a look around as the view outside is amazing, spacious and Burj Al Arab standing side of it. Of course in summer we chose indoors to enjoy not only the air conditioning, and also live music 😊I just want to say that, in addition to a great meal you can have, the staff there are always have the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. They recognize that visitors usually needed extra time to visit and enjoy the great view, so they do not rush you which I really appreciate.for non alcohol drinks, I highly recommend the Moroccan tea and the cocktail juice. they are kind enough to make for me the mix that i prefer :) (strawberry, banana, milk, honey).For starters and meals, hot mezza is great, mini burgers and club sandwich (always have it extra toasted).Do not forget to have your valet parking ticket stamped.I can not wait to go back soon.

    The place for afternoon tea. Though one complain, the day after New Year we came with the family they forgot the desert portion of our afternoon tea set. It was crowded and there were so many who wanted to stay and have afternoon tea so I get but I paid for the whole set. It was a one time thing still. And the best place for hot chocolate with whipped cream

    Al Fayrooz is the centerpiece of Al Qasr Hotel, the biggest among 4 properties of Marina Jumeirah Resort. Al Fayrooz has a very nice open space with beautiful few over the Persian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah and iconic Burn Al Arab. Very friendly and attentive staff, great selection of drinks, coffee and sweats. Highly recommended place to take your friends who visit Dubai first time to impress them with the feel of real Arabian hospitality and feeling of being Sheikhs in this beautiful Palace!
