Recently visited the Lounge on our way to Sri Lanka.We had an amazing time in the lounge since we were very early and the staff greeted us so well and we felt welcome into the loungealthough they were very busy.The buffet counter looked full of colour with the salads, the main course was fantastic and the dessert 🫶Thank you service staff for your hospitality!!!

A short breakfast visit during transit. The lounge is easy to find in concourse A. Just need to go up a lift.Checkin to the lounge was easy with no queues.The selection of hot food breakfast was very much appreciated as most lounges lack a decent selection of hot food.There were yoghurts, fresh fruits, breads and pastries.Bottled water was available.

It is located inside a hotel in Terminal 3. Regarding the food, not too many varieties but its is good. Beverages are available. There are outdoor sitting areas that are so good. It is a good place for rest before your flight.

I usually visit the Business class lounge whenever I fly through Dubai airport. But, whenever I happen to pass by the Ahlan lounge, they pamper me silly!! A special shoutout and thank you to Rona, AbduRahman, and Lina. Their service and care makes this lounge better than the Business class! Keep it up ... 💯

The customer service and food here is wonderful. Thank you to Christine and Rona . I was tired and needed a shower and then a great coffee.No fancy surcharge for the shower . Nor is the food little more than snacks . First class food . This to me will now be the benchmark. Highly reccomend

The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was fine, but I was not expecting the 1.5 hr plus wait time for the shower or just one or two bathrooms for the lounge. No sleeping pods.Dubai is such a big connecting hub for the world and such a popular tourist destination, a place known for luxury travel. I have seen much better lounges in the third world not-so-luxury places. Dubai needs to up their lounge game. They should learn from other middle eastern peers, like Qatar (Doha) has much better lounges.It was a bummer to see such necessities missing because people traveling on long international flights are not just expecting food and drinks. Other facilities have equal or more importance.But Im still giving it four stars, considering the other lounge had almost equal wait time for the shower, and on top of that, it was chargeable.

Ahlan lounge is small and charming. The food served here is not bad but the best thing here is the attentiveness and kindness of the staff. When i came here the lounge is full of people and i only see 1-2 staff managing the lounge from receiving us at the reception to food and drinks. Why i said attentiveness, most of the people that are in the lounge sat inside and its too much crowded and nobody was sitting outside so because of that, I purposely sat on an area where people are not sitting. As per my usual routine at lounges, I took some food and drinks and kept to myself. I was the only one sitting outside within the lounge area. One of the staff (Islam) was very attentiive and tried to accomodate me and asked me if everything is ok and if there is anything else I need, before this I already see Islam just finished receiving visitors at the lounge and accommodating other people. I personally dont expect him or anyone to ask me if I was ok as I saw he was very busy. But to my surprise he took time to come to where Im sitting at the corner and checked on me. Sending my compliments to the staff and Islam of Ahlan Lounge even though there are a lot of visitors you guys take time to accommodate everyone with a smile and a lot of patience. Hospitality service is a definite 5 stars😊 keep up the good work👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Of all the lounges, Ahlan lounge stood out for its variety of dishes. The shower is included without extra. They got two massage chairs, free to use. This is one lounge you cannot miss when in Dubai Airport.

Very good relaxation area.Located on the 6th floor of T3 airport. The place is not very spacious, it can accommodate about 50-70 people. But from 10 am to 2 pm there were only 3 people. The food selection is quite large and varied.Very tasty fresh juices and smoothies. The main food is excellent.Cozy, very clean, there are 3 open areas such as balconies.The staff is very friendly.The massage chairs are comfortable.Excellent price-quality ratio.I recommend visiting.

On my way to London, I passed through Dubai Airport.If you take the elevator in front of the Cartier store on the way to Gate A3, you will reach Ahlan Lounge on the 6th floor.I chose this place because my purpose was to shower. According to several reviews, Ahlan Lounge is the only one where showers are available without additional charge.The shower facility is equipped with most amenities, but you must bring toothbrush, toothpaste, and foam cleansing foam.The food is varied and fresh. The variety of fruits is especially varied and delicious.Its a shame that there arent any proper seats to lie down on, but there are a variety of seats available, such as massage chair space, so look for them.You need to find the hotel image near by A1 gate(front of cartier)after you get the 6 floor you can get ahlan loungethe lounge has various foods and fresh fruit.and you can enjoy shower time for free!but there is not too many rooms for relaxi really love this place

Compared to IGA Istanbul lounge. It’s very small, essentially it’s 2 rooms (dining room and bar) in the form of tables and chairs, as well as 3 balconies with sofas, armchairs and 2 massage rooms. Massage chairs are chic. The food is varied. They control the time and remind you when they come. If you need a shower, reserve a time immediately and be persistent. When we arrived (at 00:30 at night), there were only seats at tables, a shower wait of 3 hours, but there was a towel, hairdryer, gel, shampoo, conditioner. We were given the opportunity to look around and make a decision. We stayed and did not regret it. Gradually, more trump positions became available. I recommend the massage chair. Id go back. The downside: you only get drinks through the bartender; you won’t be able to get them yourself. Well, the area is certainly small. From 3 to 4 am there is a shift change: dinner is replaced by breakfast, a new menu appears.
