Every time I visit this place, I leave feeling better than when I arrived. It’s not just the food or the though both are excellent but the feeling you get when you’re here. The atmosphere is cozy and full of positive energy, and it’s clear the team puts their heart into creating a memorable experience.What really makes this place stand out is the incredible staff. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness, warmth, and professionalism. It’s not forced or scripted—it feels real. You can tell that the people here truly care about the guests.One person who absolutely shines is Binitra. She is the soul of this place. Her way of speaking, her kindness, her thoughtful gestures, and that genuine smile she brings such a special energy to the room. She has this rare talent for making people feel comfortable, seen, and appreciated. She doesn’t just do her job—she elevates the entire experience through her presence and care.I know I’ll be coming back again and again, and a big reason for that is Binitra. Al though the hotel is nice.the room’s bedsheets are not that clean. I have stayed at this hotel more than 5times within this year this much i love this place. But wen ever i ask the receptionist for a higher floor they always refuse even though i requested it through my booking. Room service and all is good.

We had a 5 night very comfortable stay at Wescott. The location is ideal for shopping. Hotel was clean and courteous staff. Breakfast was very decent. The only complain is about the elevators. I am not sure what the heck is wrong with them. You continue to wait for ever,every single time.

We recently had the pleasure of organising a 25th anniversary celebration at Wescott Hotel, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience from start to finish. The staff was amazing in providing their selfless service , specially Mr. Vishakh was great at managing everything beautifully.One of the highlights of the evening was the flawless coordination of the event. The hotel’s event planning team ensured everything ran smoothly, from the speeches to the dancing. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making this milestone celebration so special!

Extremely convenient location. Right by metro and bus station. Rooms are small but very clean and hygienic. Design well thought of for the small area. Nice view from rooms. Breakfast is ok for the amount charged. Would definitely choose to come again. Parking available across the road. Front desk staff seemed nice enough. Concierge/doorman seemed reluctant to help with bags from the car but went in the end.

The hotel is very nice, and the location is amazing. It is near the metro, bus stop, and a mosque, making it very convenient. You can find everything you need nearby.The receptionist, Harpreet, is very lovely and kind. The housekeeping staff member handling the 12th floor alone is also very dedicated—he always rings my doorbell to ask whether I need my room cleaned.I really appreciate all the staff, and the morning breakfast team is lovely. However, the only issue I faced was during check-in. The staff insisted on having the original ID of my sharer. Since I didn’t have it, I provided a color-printed soft copy, but they declined it. They asked me to print it again from outside and bring it back, even though I know it could have been done at the reception. This made me feel that the receptionists might not be well-trained.Additionally, when I requested an extra key, they refused to provide one, which I found surprising.The night shift receptionist is not professional—he doesn’t know how to treat guests properly. His attitude is really bad, and he is always rude. He needs proper training on guest handling and hospitality.

Great hotel if you plan to move by public transport. Metro and bus station are right across the street.Nice view from the window.The room was fine, but the bathroom couldve been cleaned better as the smell was unpleasant.Bring earplugs! Late at night there were loud noises from shutting doors, probably from other guests returning to their rooms.

PROS:-rooms are relatively new,Shower cubicle instead of bathtub was a big plus for us.-housekeeping service is good-sports bar, lounge etc has good ambience & good food...for family-Hotel Manager seems to have a handle on things when approached-Excellent locationCONS:-Front desk/Reception functions like a conveyor belt, dont expect to get any service out of them.-stench coming out of the room we stayed in, & eventually spread to 2nd room...they couldnt find the source.-shower could do with better pressureOverall, good offering for 3-star. Would definitely consider returning

My family stayed at the Wescott Hotel for 8 days from January 2 to 10, 2025. This was our first stay in this hotel. We have been to Dubai many times before and always stayed in different hotels in Bur Dubai, but our experience at Wescott Hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect as it is very close to the metro and bus station. The hotel is spotless, quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful especially the gentlemen who clean our rooms (rm 913 & 918) every day. he is very friendly and he did a good job, always willing to help. The Fat Frog Restaurant seating arrangements are very good and the staff is very friendly. I will recommend this hotel to others and we will come back to Wescott Hotel for our next visit to Dubai

This hotel has been fantastic. Super clean, new and very well priced in the center of shopping district of Meena Bazaar. 2 min to Metro, next to Bus station and great for walking along the creek. The hotel staff are very friendly and extremely accommodating to your needs. I stayed here for several weeks. The cleaning crew including Miss Pramila, Frontdesk Mr Pankaj, Sir Rajiv and Sir Vikram always served me well as I am their repeating guest. Great Ocean view of cruise terminal and ocean.Also, Fat Frog on Mezzanine floor is a great place for watching games like cricket or parties and even great for Lunch Thalis.

Being near both the metro and bus station, it’s easy to travel around the city. One of the best and most convenient hotels in Bur Dubai area. Very affordable in case you are on a budget. When I first went to check in no one helped me. I was tired after 13+ hrs traveling. The bathroom smells, sheets weren’t that cleaned and there were Gnats. I had paid for breakfast in advance and it sucked not a lot of options to choose from neither is the food menu. I’m still here as I write this review didn’t bother complaining as I leave soon but I will NEVER stay here again. One good thing is the metro and bus station is nearUpdate: Rashad and The manager of house keeping was nice and helpful. They really wanted to fix the problem which I appreciate. They really care about the service they provide and the people who stay here. They are deep cleaning as we speak!!

It was a very nice stay with them everything was so clean and presentable just a small thing we didnt like was just a small stain on the bedsheets caused by the hairband we had to pay 50 dirhams which was shocking and disappointed because a hotel could have just take care of it, like we are a guest we didnt messed up the rooms just a stain thats even smaller than a packet of chips .....or at least inform upon arrival.

Had a comfortable 4 night stay in late September, 2024. The room was well maintained & had a good view of the Dubai creek. Breakfast had variety everynmorning and good on the taste buds. Its very close to Al Gubhaiba metro station. So, that is a plus point too. Good restaurants and shopping places nearby. Recommended for a short stay with family.

Wescott hotelThis is the hotel I most appreciate in my entire trip to the United Arab Emirates.After experiencing unilateral boarding advances and delays by the airline and unresolved delays at Dubai Airport.We were unable to make it to the resort we had originally booked, so we quickly booked this hotel in front of the bus terminal on the same day.The female hotelier who listened to my situation (I forgot to ask your name. sorry) was very accommodating and helped me book a room type for perfect relaxation.I feel like it was a very long day.
