    I really enjoy coming to this place every Tuesday for the Zumba classes and I also got encouraged to enroll on dance to exercise lessons. Each time, I keep learning new steps and leaving the place more energetic! Thanks to such dedicated dance coach Amal and instructor Diana!

    Amz Studio is a fantastic and best fitness centre in Dubai . The Fitness Center is a health, recreational, and social facility geared towards exercise, sports, dance ,Yoga and other physical activities.All the trainers Amal , Vidhu and Suma are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level youre at. I really like how they give us tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. Amal ( Owner ) is professional yet kind, patient and understanding and goes an extra mile to meet our pupils demand and requirements .Ive been going for a while now and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body.*A Big Shout out to Amal*!!!!!

    Best choice I have made for my fitness training at AMZ studio. By far the best studio around. The trainers are fantastic 👏🏻Their encouragement has given me the confidence I needed to start.     I really miss AMZ.The teachers and the classes are so much fun. Highly recommended if you live in UAE . This is a fun place to learn how to dance without being judged. The instructors are amazing!wishing u go for more heights 🤗❣️

    After a long search for a perfect dance studio, I found AMZ. I signed up for Dance with Fitness and have been attending regularly for 4 months. I would say it is the best dance studio and fitness studio in Dubai. The classes taught by Mr. Amal, Mr. Vidhu and Ms. Suma are fantastic. They offer classes for a variety of dances such as hip hop, classical, Bollywood, etc. I even got the opportunity to join some of the dance shows too. Thank you very much, AMZ Fam.
